Writhe in agony, Daughter Zion, like a woman in labor, for now you must leave the city to camp in the open field. You will go to Babylon; there you will be rescued. There the Lord will redeem you out of the hand of your enemies.

People of Zion, groan with pain. Cry out like a woman having a baby. Soon you must leave your city. You must camp in the open fields. You will have to go to the land of Babylon. But that’s where the Lord will save you. There he will set you free from the power of your enemies.

Writhe and groan, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in labor, for now you shall go out from the city and dwell in the open country; you shall go to Babylon. There you shall be rescued; there the Lord will redeem you from the hand of your enemies.

Writhe and groan like a woman in labor, you people of Jerusalem, for now you must leave this city to live in the open country. You will soon be sent in exile to distant Babylon. But the Lord will rescue you there; he will redeem you from the grip of your enemies.

Be in pain, and labor to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail; for now shalt thou go forth out of the city, and shalt dwell in the field, and shalt come even unto Babylon: there shalt thou be rescued; there will Jehovah redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies.

从你本身所生的孩子，其中必有被掳到巴比伦王宫当太监的。’”

你们要从巴比伦出来，从迦勒底人中逃脱，以欢呼的声音宣告，将这事传扬到地极，说：耶和华救赎了他的仆人雅各！

耶和华—你们的救赎主、以色列的圣者如此说：“因你们的缘故，我已派遣人到巴比伦去；要使迦勒底人都如难民，坐自己素来宴乐的船下来。

耶路撒冷的废墟啊，要出声一同欢唱；因为耶和华安慰了他的百姓，救赎了耶路撒冷。耶和华在万国眼前露出圣臂，地的四极都要看见我们神的救恩。离开吧！离开吧！你们要从巴比伦出来。你们扛抬耶和华器皿的人哪，不要沾染不洁净之物，离去时务要保持洁净。你们出来必不致匆忙，也不致奔逃；因为耶和华要在你们前头行，以色列的神必作你们的后盾。

因此，看哪，我要诱导她，领她到旷野，我要说动她的心。

产妇的疼痛必临到他身上；他是无智慧之子，如同临盆时未出现的胎儿。

我凭公义兴起居鲁士，又要修直他一切的道路。他必建造我的城，释放我被掳的民，不为工价，也不为奖赏。”这是万军之耶和华说的。

我实实在在地告诉你们，你们将要痛哭，哀号，世人反要欢喜。你们将要忧愁，然而你们的忧愁要变成喜乐。妇人生产的时候会忧愁，因为她的时候到了；但孩子一生出来，就不再记得那痛苦了，因为欢喜有一个人生在世上了。你们现在也是忧愁，但我要再见到你们，你们的心就会有喜乐了；这喜乐没有人能夺去。

于是有大鹰的两个翅膀赐给妇人，让她能飞到旷野，到自己的地方，躲避那蛇。她在那里受供养一载二载半载。

所以耶和华使亚述王的将领来攻击他们，用手铐铐住玛拿西，用铜链锁住他，把他带到巴比伦去。

城被攻破，士兵全都在夜间从靠近王的花园、两城墙中间的门逃跑。迦勒底人正在四围攻城，王就往亚拉巴逃去。

“锡安未曾阵痛就生产，疼痛尚未来到，就生出男孩。国岂能一日而生？民岂能一时而产？但锡安一阵痛就生下儿女，这样的事有谁听见，有谁看见呢？耶和华说：我使人临产，岂不让她生产呢？你的神说：我使人生产，难道还让她关闭不生吗？

我必搭救你脱离恶人的手，救赎你脱离残暴之人的手。”

来！住巴比伦的锡安百姓啊，逃吧！万军之耶和华在显出荣耀之后，差遣我到掳掠你们的列国那里，他如此说：“碰你们的就是碰他自己眼中的瞳人。看哪，我要挥手攻击他们，他们就必作自己奴仆的掳物。”你们就知道万军之耶和华差遣了我。

波斯王居鲁士元年，耶和华为要应验藉耶利米的口所说的话，就激发波斯王居鲁士的心，使他下诏书通告全国，说：“波斯王居鲁士如此说：耶和华天上的神已将地上万国赐给我，又委派我在犹大的耶路撒冷为他建造殿宇。

然而，以色列的人数必多如海沙，不可量，不可数。从前在什么地方对他们说“你们不是我的子民”，将来就在那里称他们为“永生神的儿子”。

我的仇敌啊，不要向我夸耀。我虽跌倒，仍要起来；虽坐在黑暗里，耶和华却作我的光。我要承受耶和华的恼怒，直到他为我辩护，为我伸冤，因我得罪了他；他要领我进入光明，我必得见他的公义。那时我的仇敌看见这事就羞愧，他曾对我说：“耶和华—你的神在哪里？”我必亲眼见他遭报，现在，他必被践踏，如同街上的泥土。你的城墙重修的日子到了！到那日，边界必扩展。到那日，人必从亚述，从埃及的城镇，从埃及到大河，从这海到那海，从这山到那山，都归到你这里。然而，因居民的缘故，为了他们行事的结果，这地必然荒凉。

凡脱离刀剑的幸存者，迦勒底王都掳到巴比伦去，作他和他子孙的仆婢，直到波斯国兴起。

他拯救他们脱离恨他们之人的手，从仇敌手中救赎他们。
