He looked around at them in anger and, deeply distressed at their stubborn hearts, said to the man,“ Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was completely restored.

彼心思蒙昧、外乎上帝之生、因其無知而心頑也、

怒勿干罪、勿銜怒至日落、

遂語其人曰、伸爾手、伸之、即愈如他手、

兄弟乎、我不欲爾不知斯奧、恐爾自以為智、即以色列間有頑者、以待異邦人之盈數歸入焉、

故我不悅此代之人曰、其心常迷、不識我路、

曰、往告斯民云、爾其聽之而不悟、視之而不明、使斯民心頑、耳聾、目瞶、免以目視、耳聽、心悟、轉移而得醫焉、

乃悔造人於地、心焉憂之、

曰、我語汝、此輩若緘默、諸石將呼矣、○既近、見城、則為之哭、曰、倘爾於是日、知關乎平安之事則幸、但今隱於爾目矣、蓋日將至、爾敵必築壘環爾、四週困爾、且擲爾及爾中子女於地、不遺一石於石上、以爾不知眷顧爾之日也、○

王謂上帝僕曰、請爾為我祈禱、求爾上帝耶和華施恩、俾我手復原、上帝僕求於耶和華、王手遂愈如初、

維彼不知不思、其目障翳不見、其心蒙蔽不明、無人想念、無知識、無聰明、不云材木之半、我已焚之以火、烘餅於炭、半以炙肉食之、豈可用其餘者、而作可憎之物、俯伏以拜木榦乎、彼乃食灰、中心昏迷、使之離途、弗能自救、不知自言、我之右手所執、非虛誕乎、○

歷年四十、我厭此代曰、斯民心迷、未識我途兮、

謂之曰、往洗於西羅亞池、西羅亞譯即奉遣也、其人往洗之、得見而反、

民遭困苦、彼亦共之、使侍其前之使救之、加仁愛矜恤以贖之、在古昔時、扶翼之、懷抱之、惟民叛逆、使其聖神懷憂、故轉為讐、而自攻之、

然則何耶、以色列所求未得、惟蒙選者得之、餘則頑耳、如經云、上帝賦之以昏昧之心、目不見、耳不聞、至於今日、大衛曰、令其筵為絆、為檻、為礙、為報、其目矇而不見、其背終於傴僂、

又四十年彼所不悅者誰耶、非干罰而屍仆於野者乎、

主曰、偽善者乎、爾曹於安息日、孰不解牛驢於廄、牽以飲之乎、

耶穌目之曰、爾往示身於祭司、往時即潔矣、

以應以賽亞預言云、爾將聽而不聰、視而不明、蓋斯民心頑、耳聵、自閉其目、恐目視、耳聽、心悟、轉移而我醫之、

及其完全、則為凡順服之者永救之原、

謂山與巖曰、傾而匿我、以避居於座者之面及羔之怒、

我則憂甚、取多比雅之家具、擲諸室外、

惟其心頑、迄今讀舊約時、斯帕猶存、夫其帕因基督而廢矣、

遂去其中異族之神、而事耶和華、耶和華因其困苦、中心愀然、

曰、起、取爾榻而行、其人即愈、取榻而行、○

爾曹聾者宜聽、盲者宜視而明、誰為瞽、非我僕乎、誰為聾、如我所遣之使乎、誰為瞽如我之同盟、誰為瞽如耶和華之僕乎、爾多見而不悟、啟耳而不聞、

勿貽上帝之聖神憂、乃爾由之受印、以至贖日者、
