Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him,“ Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”

But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke him and said to him,“ Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?”

Jesus was sleeping at the back of the boat with his head on a cushion. The disciples woke him up, shouting,“ Teacher, don’t you care that we’re going to drown?”

He was in the stern, sleeping on the cushion. So they woke him up and said to him,“ Teacher! Don’t you care that we’re going to die?”

And yet Jesus Himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion; and they* woke Him and* said to Him,“ Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?”

And he himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion: and they awake him, and say unto him, Teacher, carest thou not that we perish?

And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?

你们要将一切的忧虑卸给神，因为他顾念你们。

因为我们的大祭司并非不能体恤我们的软弱；他也在各方面受过试探，与我们一样，只是他没有犯罪。

耶和华啊，有这些事，你还能忍受吗？你还静默，使我们大受苦难吗？

你若切切寻求神，向全能者恳求；你若纯洁正直，他必定为你兴起，使你公义的居所兴旺。

“难道主要永远丢弃我，不再施恩吗？难道他的慈爱永远穷尽，他的应许世世废弃吗？难道神忘记施恩，因发怒就止住他的怜悯吗？”（细拉）我说，至高者右手的能力已改变，这是我的悲哀。

到了正午，以利亚嘲笑他们，说：“大声求告吧！因为它是神明，它或许在默想，或许正忙着，或许在路上，或许在睡觉，它该醒过来了。”他们大声求告，按着他们的仪式，用刀枪刺割自己，直到浑身流血。中午过去了，他们狂呼乱叫，直到献晚祭的时候，却没有声音，没有回应的，也没有理睬的。

耶和华召你，如同召回心中忧伤遭遗弃的妇人，就是年轻时所娶被遗弃的妻子；这是你的神说的。我离弃你不过片时，却要大施怜悯将你寻回。我因涨溢的怒气，一时向你转脸，但我要以永远的慈爱怜悯你；这是耶和华—你的救赎主说的。

耶和华啊，你为什么站在远处？在患难的时候为什么隐藏？恶人骄横地追逼困苦人；愿他们陷在自己所设的计谋里。

门徒去叫醒他，说：“主啊，救命啊，我们快没命啦！”

雅各啊，你为何说，以色列啊，你为何言，“我的道路向耶和华隐藏，我的冤屈神并不查问”？你岂不曾知道吗？你岂未曾听见吗？永在的神耶和华，创造地极的主，他不疲乏，也不困倦；他的智慧无法测度。

锡安说：“耶和华离弃了我，主忘记了我。”妇人焉能忘记她吃奶的婴孩，不怜悯她所生的儿子？即或有忘记的，我却不忘记你。看哪，我将你铭刻在我掌上，你的城墙常在我眼前。

求你从天上，从你神圣荣耀的居所垂顾观看。你的热心和你大能的作为在哪里呢？你内心的关怀和你的怜悯向我们停止了。

耶和华的膀臂啊，兴起，兴起！以能力为衣穿上，像古时的年日，像上古的世代一样兴起！从前砍碎拉哈伯、刺透大鱼的，不是你吗？使海与深渊的水干涸，在海的深处开路，使救赎的民走过的，不是你吗？

主啊，求你睡醒，为何尽睡呢？求你醒来，不要永远丢弃我们！你为何转脸，不顾我们所遭的苦难和所受的欺压呢？

所以，他凡事应当与他的弟兄相同，为要在神的事上成为慈悲忠信的大祭司，为百姓的罪献上赎罪祭。

我的神，我的神，为什么离弃我？为什么远离不救我，不听我的呻吟？我的神啊，我白日呼求，你不应允；夜间呼求，也不得安宁。

门徒去叫醒他，说：“老师！老师！我们快没命啦！”耶稣醒了，斥责那狂风大浪，风浪就止住，平静了。

雅各井就在那里；耶稣因旅途疲乏，坐在井旁。那时约是正午。

尽管我哀号求救，他仍拦阻我的祷告。
