耶穌進了屋子，盲人就來到他跟前。耶穌說：「你們信我能做這事嗎？」他們說：「主啊，我們信。」

百夫長回答：「主啊，你到舍下來，我不敢當；只要你說一句話，我的僮僕就會痊癒。因為我在人的權下，也有兵在我以下。我對這個說：『去！』他就去；對那個說：『來！』他就來；對我的僕人說：『做這事！』他就去做。」

有一個痲瘋病人來求耶穌，向他跪下，說：「你若肯，你能使我潔淨。」耶穌動了慈心，就伸手摸他，說：「我肯，你潔淨了吧！」痲瘋病立刻離開他，他就潔淨了。

耶穌立刻伸手拉住他，說：「你這小信的人哪，為甚麼疑惑呢？」

有一個迦南婦人從那地方出來，喊着說：「主啊，大衛之子，可憐我！我女兒被鬼纏得很苦。」耶穌卻一言不答。門徒進前來，求他說：「這婦人在我們後頭喊叫，請打發她走吧。」耶穌回答：「我奉差遣只到以色列家迷失的羊那裏去。」那婦人來拜他，說：「主啊，幫幫我！」他回答：「拿孩子的餅丟給小狗吃是不妥的。」婦人說：「主啊，不錯，可是小狗也吃牠主人桌上掉下來的碎屑。」於是耶穌回答她說：「婦人，你的信心很大！照你所要的成全你吧。」從那時起，她的女兒就好了。

耶穌動了慈心，摸了他們的眼睛，他們立刻看得見，就跟從耶穌。

主看見那寡婦就憐憫她，對她說：「不要哭。」

這時，一個痲瘋病人前來拜他，說：「主啊，你若肯，你能使我潔淨。」

耶穌不許，卻對他說：「你回家去，到你的親友那裏，將主為你所做多麼大的事和他怎樣憐憫你，都告訴他們。」
