为首的是亚萨，其次是撒迦利雅、雅薛、示米拉末、耶歇、玛他提雅、以利押、比拿雅、俄别·以东和耶利，他们鼓瑟弹琴，亚萨敲钹。

四千人守门，四千人用大卫提供的乐器颂赞耶和华。

从流亡之地归回的民众都搭起棚子，住在里面。从嫩的儿子约书亚时代直到那天，以色列人从没有这样做过。民众非常欢喜。

要歌颂赐我们力量的上帝，向雅各的上帝欢呼。要唱诗，击鼓，弹起琴瑟。要在我们过节的朔日和望日吹响号角。这是以色列的律例，是雅各的上帝所定的法令。
