And the Lord said to Moses,“ Bring Aaron’s rod back before the Testimony, to be kept as a sign against the rebels, that you may put their complaints away from Me, lest they die.”

耶和華諭摩西曰、反亞倫杖於法匱前、存之為誌、使此叛逆之輩、息怨於我、免其隕沒、

耶和華諭摩西曰、攜亞倫杖至法匱前、存之為誌、使此橫逆之輩、無所怨尤、免其殞沒。

主諭摩西曰、復攜亞倫之杖至法匱前、留於彼、為悖逆之人作誌、使其怨言止息於我前、免致死亡、或作攜亞倫之杖至法匱前存之以為記誌使悖逆之輩於我前止息怨言免致死亡

The Lord said to Moses,“ Put back Aaron’s staff in front of the ark of the covenant law, to be kept as a sign to the rebellious. This will put an end to their grumbling against me, so that they will not die.”

The Lord said to Moses,“ Put Aaron’s walking stick back in front of the ark where the tablets of the covenant law are kept. The stick will be kept there as a warning to those who refuse to obey. They are never happy with what I do. Aaron’s walking stick will put an end to what they are saying. Then they will not die.”

And the Lord said to Moses,“ Put back the staff of Aaron before the testimony, to be kept as a sign for the rebels, that you may make an end of their grumblings against me, lest they die.”

And the Lord said to Moses:“ Place Aaron’s staff permanently before the Ark of the Covenant to serve as a warning to rebels. This should put an end to their complaints against me and prevent any further deaths.”

The LORD told Moses,“ Put Aaron’s staff back in front of the testimony to be kept as a sign for the rebels, so that you may put an end to their complaints before me, or else they will die.”

But the Lord said to Moses,“ Put the staff of Aaron back in front of the testimony to be kept as a sign against the rebels, so that you may put an end to their grumblings against Me and they do not die.”

And Jehovah said unto Moses, Put back the rod of Aaron before the testimony, to be kept for a token against the children of rebellion; that thou mayest make an end of their murmurings against me, that they die not.

The Lord told Moses,“ Put Aaron’s staff back in front of the testimony to be kept as a sign for the rebels, so that you may put an end to their complaints before Me, or else they will die.”

And the LORD said unto Moses, Bring Aaron’s rod again before the testimony, to be kept for a token against the rebels; and thou shalt quite take away their murmurings from me, that they die not.

The LORD said to Moses,“ Bring Aaron’s staff back before the testimony to be preserved for a sign to the rebels, so that you may bring their murmurings to an end before me, that they will not die.”

Yahweh said to Moses,“ Put back the rod of Aaron before the covenant, to be kept for a token against the children of rebellion; that you may make an end of their complaining against me, that they not die.”

The censers of these men who sinned against their own souls, let them be made into hammered plates as a covering for the altar. Because they presented them before the Lord, therefore they are holy; and they shall be a sign to the children of Israel.”

which had the golden censer and the ark of the covenant overlaid on all sides with gold, in which were the golden pot that had the manna, Aaron’s rod that budded, and the tablets of the covenant;

in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience,among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.

“ O Israel, you have sinned from the days of Gibeah; There they stood. The battle in Gibeah against the children of iniquity Did not overtake them.

You have been rebellious against the Lord from the day that I knew you.

Then all the wicked and worthless men of those who went with David answered and said,“ Because they did not go with us, we will not give them any of the spoil that we have recovered, except for every man’s wife and children, that they may lead them away and depart.”

Now the sons of Eli were corrupt; they did not know the Lord.

Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.

My soul is among lions; I lie among the sons of men Who are set on fire, Whose teeth are spears and arrows, And their tongue a sharp sword.

“ Now therefore, write down this song for yourselves, and teach it to the children of Israel; put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for Me against the children of Israel.When I have brought them to the land flowing with milk and honey, of which I swore to their fathers, and they have eaten and filled themselves and grown fat, then they will turn to other gods and serve them; and they will provoke Me and break My covenant.Then it shall be, when many evils and troubles have come upon them, that this song will testify against them as a witness; for it will not be forgotten in the mouths of their descendants, for I know the inclination of their behavior today, even before I have brought them to the land of which I swore to give them.”Therefore Moses wrote this song the same day, and taught it to the children of Israel.Then He inaugurated Joshua the son of Nun, and said,“ Be strong and of good courage; for you shall bring the children of Israel into the land of which I swore to them, and I will be with you.”So it was, when Moses had completed writing the words of this law in a book, when they were finished,that Moses commanded the Levites, who bore the ark of the covenant of the Lord, saying:“ Take this Book of the Law, and put it beside the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God, that it may be there as a witness against you;

to be a memorial to the children of Israel that no outsider, who is not a descendant of Aaron, should come near to offer incense before the Lord, that he might not become like Korah and his companions, just as the Lord had said to him through Moses.

Then Moses said,“ This is the thing which the Lord has commanded:‘ Fill an omer with it, to be kept for your generations, that they may see the bread with which I fed you in the wilderness, when I brought you out of the land of Egypt.’”

Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth! For the Lord has spoken:“ I have nourished and brought up children, And they have rebelled against Me;
