那善于管理教会的长老，当以为配受加倍的敬奉；那劳苦传道教导人的，更当如此。因为经上说：“牛在场上踹谷的时候，不可笼住它的嘴”；又说：“工人得工价是应当的。”

你们要住在那家，吃喝他们所供给的，因为工人得工价是应当的；不要从这家搬到那家。

行路不要带口袋；不要带两件褂子，也不要带鞋和拐杖。因为工人得饮食是应当的。

除了我不累着你们这一件事，你们还有什么事不及别的教会呢？这不公之处，求你们饶恕我吧。

“你要把你撒种所产的，就是你田地每年所出的，十分取一分；又要把你的五谷、新酒、和油的十分之一，并牛群羊群中头生的，吃在耶和华你神面前，就是他所选择要立为他名的居所。这样，你可以学习时常敬畏耶和华你的神。

在道理上受教的，当把一切需用的供给施教的人。
