他不全是为我们说的吗？的确是为我们说的！因为耕种的要存着指望去耕种；收割的也要存着分享谷物的指望去收割。我们既然把属灵的种子撒在你们中间，若从你们收取养生之物，这还算大事吗？假如别人在你们身上享有这权利，何况我们呢？然而，我们并没有用过这权利，倒是凡事忍受，免得基督的福音受到阻碍。你们岂不知在圣殿供职的人吃圣殿中的食物吗？在祭坛伺候的人分享坛上的供物吗？主也是这样命令，要传福音的人靠着福音养生。

善于督导教会的长老，尤其是勤劳讲道教导人的，应该得到加倍的敬奉。因为经上说：“牛在踹谷的时候，不可笼住它的嘴”；又说：“工人得工资是应当的。”

你们要住在那家，吃喝他们所供给的，因为工人得工钱是应当的；不要从这家搬到那家。

途中不要带行囊，不要带两件内衣，也不要带鞋子和手杖，因为工人得饮食是应当的。

除了我不曾连累你们这一件事，你们还有什么事不及别的教会呢？这不公平之处，请你们饶恕我吧。

“每年，你务必从你播种的一切收成，田地所出产的，取十分之一献上。要在耶和华—你神面前，就是他选择那里作为他名居所的地方，吃你所献十分之一的五谷、新酒和新的油，以及牛群羊群中头生的，好让你天天学习敬畏耶和华—你的神。

在真道上受教的，要把一切美好的东西与施教的人分享。
