至于你，你要站在我这里；我要把一切诫命、律例、典章，都告诉你；你要教导他们，使他们在我赐给他们作产业的地上遵行。’

他作王第三年，就差派他的大臣便．亥伊勒、俄巴底、撒迦利雅、拿坦业、米该亚，到犹大各城去教训人。和他们同去的，还有示玛雅、尼探雅、西巴第雅、亚撒黑、示米拉末、约拿单、亚多尼雅、多比雅和驼．巴多尼雅等几位利未人；又有以利沙玛和约兰两位祭司和他们同去。他们带着耶和华的律法书，在犹大教训人；他们走遍犹大各城，在民间教训人。

接着这一段的是由提哥亚人修筑；但是他们的贵族不愿肩负他们的主的工作。

律法是藉着摩西颁布的，恩典和真理却是藉着耶稣基督而来的。

摩西把律法吩咐我们，作为雅各会众的基业。

因为耶和华是我们的审判者，耶和华是我们的立法者，耶和华是我们的君王，他必拯救我们。

从以耶．亚巴琳起行，在底本．迦得安营。从底本．迦得起行，在亚门．低比拉太音安营。从亚门．低比拉太音起行，在尼波前面的亚巴琳山安营。

立法的，审判的，只有一位，就是那能拯救人，也能毁灭人的神；你这判断邻舍的，你是谁呢？

那时，大祭司以利亚实起来，和他一起作祭司的众兄弟都起来，重建了羊门；他们装上门扇，就把它分别为圣，又建造城墙，直到哈米亚城楼和哈楠业城楼，把城分别为圣；

你要嘱咐那些今世富有的人，叫他们不要心高气傲，也不要寄望在浮动的财富上，却要仰望那厚赐百物给我们享用的神。又要嘱咐他们行善，在善事上富足，慷慨好施。
