then when the land is subdued before the Lord, you may return and be free from your obligation to the Lord and to Israel. And this land will be your possession before the Lord.

When the land is under the Lord’ s control, you can come back here. Your duty to the Lord and Israel will be over. Then the Lord will give you this land as your own.

今爾上帝耶和華、踐其前言、俾爾同儕安居、爾可歸幕、在約但東、耶和華僕摩西所給汝之業、

待爾同儕、於約但西、得爾上帝耶和華所錫之地、而享安樂、與爾無異、後則歸我所錫爾之地。○

馬拿西又有支派之半、與流便伽得二支派、曾得其業、在約但東、即耶和華僕摩西所予者。

迨耶和華以綏安賜爾同儕、可得其地、與爾無異、後爾可歸耶和華僕摩西所賜約但東之地、據而有之、

列王諸地、悉為約書亞一時所取、蓋其上帝耶和華、助以色列族以戰。

斯土既服、以色列會眾集於示羅、而立會幕、

於是約書亞循耶和華所諭摩西之命、取四方之地、賜以色列族為業、循其支派班列、而後息戰。

亞嫩河濱、亞囉耳土壞、基列山之半、及其所有之邑、我儕得之、以與流便伽得二支派。基列山之餘地、及巴山王噩所統之亞咯境、與巴山國、人稱為哩乏音地者、我以此給馬拿西支派之半。亞咯之地、即其述馬迦接壤之區、為馬拿西子睚耳所取、依其名稱之、為巴山哈勿睚耳、迄今其名尚存。我以基列地之半賜馬吉。其半自亞嫩河、至亞捫界之雅泊河、其間有平原、沿至約但河濱、自基尼烈至鹽海之谷、近比士迦山麓之東、我悉與流便伽得二支派。○

如有一人出於門外而死、則由自取、我無辜焉、惟與爾在家者、有人擊之、則罪歸我。

異邦之民、悉彼驅逐、所得之業、以繩量度、俾以色列之支派、各居帷幕兮。

上帝兮、粵若古昔、爾行異跡兮、維予列祖、傳之於予、予聞而知之兮、爾施大力、降災於異邦而驅逐之兮、爾使選民、安居厥所兮、斯民得土、不恃戈兵、不藉人力、乃爾巨力大能、眷顧而祐之兮。上帝我之王兮、雅各之族、願爾救之兮、

摩西賜業與馬拿西支派之半、循其世系、其界自馬哈念、巴山王噩之通國、與巴山境內睚耳、六十鄉里。又基列地之半、及巴山王噩境內之亞大綠、以得來二邑、俱歸馬拿西子馬吉裔之半、循其世系。以上所載之地、在約但東摩押平原、耶利哥相對之所、摩西予民為業、

大闢聞之曰、尼耳子押尼耳見殺、我與我民永無辜、耶和華為證。

耶和華以立拿與王及民、付與以色列族、刃擊居民、靡有孑遺、如昔伐耶利哥王、今伐立拿王亦然。○
