迦得子孫就修建了底本、亞他錄、亞羅珥、亞他錄朔反、雅謝、約比哈、伯寧拉、伯哈蘭、這些堡壘城和羊壘圈。如便子孫修建了希實本、以利亞利、基列亭、尼波、巴力免（以上的兩個名字有改了的）、西比瑪，又給他們所修建的城市另起了別名。瑪拿西的兒子瑪吉、他的子孫往基列去，攻取了那地，把在那裏的亞摩利人趕出。摩西把基列給了瑪拿西的兒子瑪吉，瑪吉就住在那裏。瑪拿西的子孫睚珥去攻取亞摩利人的帳篷村，就把這些村子叫做哈倭特睚珥。挪巴去攻取基納和基納的眾廂鎮，就用自己的名字給叫做挪巴。

人若向永恆主許了願、或是起了誓、用約束的話約束自己，就不可褻瀆自己的話，總要按自己口中所出的一切話而行。
