『你要告訴以色列人說：你們過約但河到迦南地的時候，

告以色列族云、汝渡約但入於迦南、

告以色列族云、汝渡此河入於迦南、

告以色列人云、爾渡約但、至迦南地、

“ Speak to the Israelites and say to them:‘ When you cross the Jordan into Canaan,

“ Speak to the Israelites. Tell them,‘ Go across the Jordan River into Canaan.

“ Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When you pass over the Jordan into the land of Canaan,

“ Give the following instructions to the people of Israel: When you cross the Jordan River into the land of Canaan,

“ Tell the Israelites: When you cross the Jordan into the land of Canaan,

“ Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them,‘ When you cross the Jordan into the land of Canaan,

“ Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them:‘ When you have crossed the Jordan into the land of Canaan,

“ Tell the Israelites: When you cross the Jordan into the land of Canaan,

And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of Jehovah stood firm on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan; and all Israel passed over on dry ground, until all the nation were passed clean over the Jordan.

Hear, O Israel: thou art to pass over the Jordan this day, to go in to dispossess nations greater and mightier than thyself, cities great and fortified up to heaven,

When Jehovah thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and shall cast out many nations before thee, the Hittite, and the Girgashite, and the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;
