Then they are to cover the curtain with a durable leather, spread a cloth of solid blue over that and put the poles in place.

The cherubs’ wings extended over the place where the ark sat; the cherubs overshadowed the ark and its poles.The poles were so long their ends were visible from the holy place in front of the inner sanctuary, but they could not be seen from beyond that point. They have remained there to this very day.

From the blue, purple, and scarlet yarn they made woven garments for serving in the sanctuary; they made holy garments that were for Aaron, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.
