『以上是疑忌的法規，就是關於婦人做她丈夫妻子時有邪行、而被玷污的；

“妻子背着丈夫行了污秽的事，

“这是疑忌的条例。妻子背离丈夫玷污自己，

“这是疑忌的条例。妻子背离丈夫玷污自己，

“这就是处理丈夫怀疑妻子不忠的条例。遇到妻子背着丈夫与人通奸，

“这是关于疑忌的律例：妻子在自己丈夫的权下，如果背离丈夫，被人玷污了；

「妻子背着丈夫行了污穢的事，

「這就是處理丈夫懷疑妻子不忠的條例。遇到妻子背著丈夫與人通姦，

此乃婦既有夫、而違婦道、玷及其身、則夫懷疑而忌其婦之法、

今所言者、乃婦不循婦道、玷及其身、致夫懷疑、故立此法、

此乃治婦背夫行不正玷污其身、致夫懷疑之例、

“‘ This, then, is the law of jealousy when a woman goes astray and makes herself impure while married to her husband,

“‘ This is the law about being jealous. It applies to a woman who has gone astray. She has made herself“ unclean” while she is married to her husband.

“ This is the law in cases of jealousy, when a wife, though under her husband’s authority, goes astray and defiles herself,

“ This is the ritual law for dealing with suspicion. If a woman goes astray and defiles herself while under her husband’s authority,

祭司要叫那婦人起誓，對她說：「若沒有人和你同寢，你做丈夫妻子時、若沒有邪行而被玷污，這能招致咒詛的苦水、就與你無干。

『你要告訴以色列人說：無論何人、他的妻子若有邪行、而對他不忠實，

這是痲瘋屬狀態的災病的法規，無論是羊毛衣服、或麻布衣服、是線條或幅塊或是任何皮子的物件，要斷為潔淨或不潔淨的標準。

那麼這人就要把妻子帶到祭司那裏，又為了她帶來大麥麵一伊法的十分之一做她的供物；不要澆上油，也不要加上乳香，因為這是疑忌的素祭，是記憶的素祭，要使人記起罪愆的。

『獻與永恆主平安祭的法規是這樣：

這是關於走獸飛鳥和水中游動的各樣活物的法規，又是關於滋生在地上的各樣生物的法規；

原來萬軍之永恆主的葡萄園就是以色列家；他所喜悅栽種的樹就是猶大人；他指望的是公平，唉，倒發生了殺人流血！他指望的是公義，唉，倒來了哀叫聲！有禍啊！那些使房屋連接房屋，使田地毗連田地，以致不留餘地，而你們只好獨居境內！

這是關於患漏症者的法規，關於那有精液從身上洩出、因而不潔淨的，關於在污穢期中有月經病的，關於男性或女性患漏症的，以及關於男人和不潔淨女人同寢的法規。

這是關於各類痲瘋屬災病的法規，無論是關於癩疥，是關於衣服和房屋的痲瘋屬病狀，或是關於腫病、或癬、或火斑，指教人知道甚麼時候不潔淨、甚麼時候潔淨：關於痲瘋屬病狀的法規是這樣。
