“你把以下条例告诉以色列人。“无论男女，若损害别人就是不忠于耶和华，就是犯罪。

爾告以色列人云、如男女犯人所常犯之罪、干主而陷於罪愆、

“ Say to the Israelites:‘ Any man or woman who wrongs another in any way and so is unfaithful to the Lord is guilty

“ Speak to the Israelites. Say to them,‘ Suppose a man or woman does something wrong to someone else. Then that person is not being faithful to the Lord. People like that are guilty.

“ Speak to the people of Israel, When a man or woman commits any of the sins that people commit by breaking faith with the Lord, and that person realizes his guilt,

“ Give the following instructions to the people of Israel: If any of the people— men or women— betray the Lord by doing wrong to another person, they are guilty.

“ Tell the Israelites: When a man or woman commits any sin against another, that person acts unfaithfully toward the LORD and is guilty.

“ Speak to the sons of Israel:‘ When a man or woman commits any of the sins of mankind, acting unfaithfully against the Lord, and that person is guilty,

“ Speak to the children of Israel:‘ When a man or woman commits any sin that men commit in unfaithfulness against the Lord, and that person is guilty,

Speak unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, so as to trespass against Jehovah, and that soul shall be guilty;

“ Tell the Israelites: When a man or woman commits any sin against another, that person acts unfaithfully toward the Lord and is guilty.

Speak unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, to do a trespass against the LORD, and that person be guilty;

“ Tell the Israelites,‘ When a man or a woman commits any sin that people commit, thereby breaking faith with the LORD, and that person is found guilty,

“ Speak to the children of Israel:‘ When a man or woman commits any sin that men commit, so as to trespass against Yahweh, and that soul is guilty,

耶和华对摩西说：“如果有人在耶和华的圣物上不忠实，无意犯了罪，他就要依照你按着圣所衡量银子标准所估的银价，把他的赎愆祭牲，就是羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊，牵到耶和华面前作赎愆祭。他要补偿他在圣物上所亏欠的，另加五分之一，交给祭司；祭司要用赎愆祭的公绵羊为他赎罪，他就蒙赦免。“如果有人犯了罪，行了一件耶和华吩咐不可行的事；他虽然不清楚，仍是有罪，他就要担当自己的罪责。他要依照你的估价，从羊群中把一只没有残疾的公绵羊牵来，给祭司作赎愆祭。祭司为他赎罪，那不清楚的无心之失，就蒙赦免。这是赎愆祭，他在耶和华面前实在有罪。”耶和华对摩西说：“如果有人犯罪，对耶和华不忠实，在人寄存给他的物上或抵押品上欺骗自己的同伴，或是抢夺，或是欺压自己的同胞，或是拾去人遗失的东西，却欺骗人，起假誓，行了任何一件人常犯的罪，他犯了罪，有了罪，就应归还他所抢夺的，或是欺压得来的，或是别人寄存在他那里的，或是他拾去的失物，或是他因起假誓所得的任何东西；在赔过的时候，他除了按原数偿还外，必须另外加上五分之一，交给原主；还要照着你的估价，把赎愆祭牲，就是从羊群中取一只没有残疾的公绵羊，牵到耶和华面前，给祭司作赎愆祭。祭司在耶和华面前，为他所行的任何一件过失赎罪，他就蒙赦免。”（本章第1~7节在《马索拉文本》为5:20~26）

“如果有人犯罪：他听见发誓的声音（“发誓的声音”或译：“传召作证的声音”，或“发咒语的声音”）；他本是证人，却不肯把看见或知道的说出来，他就要担当自己的罪责。或人摸了什么不洁净的东西，无论是不洁净野兽的尸体，或是不洁净牲畜的尸体，或是不洁净昆虫的尸体，当时并不留意，他因为成了不洁净，就有罪了；或有人摸了人的污秽，他没有留意沾染了什么污秽；他一知道，就有罪了。或有人嘴唇轻率发誓，无论是出于恶意或是出于好意，他没有留意起了什么誓；他一知道，就有罪了。
