摩西入會幕、與耶和華言、則聞二基路伯間、法匱施恩座上、有聲與之言、即耶和華與之言也、

摩西入會幕、與耶和華言、則聞𠼻𡀔［口氷］間、法匱施恩所之上、聲從此出、而與之言、耶和華之諭摩西常在乎此。

摩西入會幕、欲與主言、遂聞蓋法匱之贖罪蓋上二基路伯間、有聲與之言、即主與之言、

When Moses entered the tent of meeting to speak with the Lord, he heard the voice speaking to him from between the two cherubim above the atonement cover on the ark of the covenant law. In this way the Lord spoke to him.

Moses entered the tent of meeting. He wanted to speak with the Lord. There Moses heard the Lord talking to him. The Lord’ s voice was speaking to him from between the two cherubim. The cherubim were over the place where sin is paid for. It was the cover on the ark where the tablets of the covenant law were kept. In this way the Lord spoke to Moses.

And when Moses went into the tent of meeting to speak with the Lord, he heard the voice speaking to him from above the mercy seat that was on the ark of the testimony, from between the two cherubim; and it spoke to him.

Whenever Moses went into the Tabernacle to speak with the Lord, he heard the voice speaking to him from between the two cherubim above the Ark’s cover— the place of atonement— that rests on the Ark of the Covenant. The Lord spoke to him from there.

以色列的牧者啊，你像照顧羊群一樣帶領約瑟的子孫，求你垂聽我們的祈禱。坐在基路伯天使之上的耶和華啊，求你向以法蓮、便雅憫和瑪拿西發出光輝，求你施展大能來拯救我們。

摩西進入會幕後，便有雲柱降下來，停在會幕門口，耶和華就跟摩西說話。每當百姓看見這景象，他們都站在自己的帳篷門口敬拜耶和華。在會幕內，耶和華跟摩西面對面說話，好像兩個朋友談話一樣。然後，摩西返回營中，但他的年輕助手、嫩的兒子約書亞仍然留在會幕。

我跟他面對面說話，清清楚楚，不用謎語，他看得見我的形像。你們怎敢批評我的僕人摩西？」

耶和華掌權，萬民當戰抖；祂坐在基路伯天使之上，大地當戰抖。

用純金在施恩座的兩端打造兩個基路伯天使，跟施恩座連在一起，一端一個。兩個基路伯天使要面對面朝向施恩座，向上展開翅膀，遮蓋施恩座。要把施恩座放在櫃上面，把我賜給你的約版放在櫃裡。我就在那裡跟你會面，從兩個基路伯天使中間的施恩座上，把要傳給以色列百姓的一切誡命告訴你。

所以，讓我們坦然無懼地到祂賜恩的寶座前，好領受憐憫和恩典，作隨時的幫助。

他們得到啟示，知道他們傳講這些事不是為了自己，而是為了你們。現在，那些靠著從天上差來的聖靈向你們傳福音的人，已經將這些事傳給你們了。連天使也想把這些事看個明白。

以色列人離開埃及後第二年的二月一日，耶和華在西奈曠野的會幕中對摩西說：

至聖所裡面放著兩個橄欖木造的基路伯天使，各高四米半，

於是，他們派人去示羅把那坐在基路伯天使上的萬軍之耶和華的約櫃抬來。以利的兩個兒子何弗尼和非尼哈也隨上帝的約櫃同來。

耶和華在會幕裡呼喚摩西，對他說：
