To purify them, do this: Sprinkle the water of cleansing on them; then have them shave their whole bodies and wash their clothes. And so they will purify themselves.

Here is how to make them pure. Sprinkle the special water on them. Then have them shave their whole bodies. Also have them wash their clothes. That is how they will make themselves pure.

Thus you shall do to them to cleanse them: sprinkle the water of purification upon them, and let them go with a razor over all their body, and wash their clothes and cleanse themselves.

Do this by sprinkling them with the water of purification, and have them shave their entire body and wash their clothing. Then they will be ceremonially clean.

耶路撒冷啊，要洗去你内心的邪恶，这样你才能得救。你心怀恶念要到何时呢？

“虚伪的律法教师和法利赛人啊，你们有祸了！你们洗净杯盘的外面，里面却盛满了贪婪和放纵。瞎眼的法利赛人啊！要先洗净杯盘的里面，好让外面也干净。

要拿些除罪用的红母牛灰，放在器皿里，倒上清水，然后由洁净的人拿牛膝草蘸这水洒在帐篷及里面所有的人和器具上，也要洒在碰过骸骨、坟墓、被杀者尸体或自然死亡者尸体的人身上。要由洁净的人在第三天和第七天把水洒在不洁净的人身上。到第七天，接受洁净礼的人要洗衣、沐浴，等到傍晚才能洁净。

祂必洗净许多国家，君王必因祂而闭口无言。因为他们将看见未曾听过的事，明白闻所未闻的事。

祭司要用鸟血在他身上洒七次，宣布他是洁净的，然后放走那只活鸟，让它飞向田野。他要洗净衣服，剃去所有毛发，沐浴之后便洁净了，可以回到营内，但要住在自己的帐篷外七天。第七天，他要再次剃掉头发、胡须和眉毛等各处毛发，并洗衣、沐浴，之后便洁净了。

耶和华对摩西说：“你现在回到他们那里，吩咐他们今天和明天要洁净自己，洗净衣服，

因为这些不过是关于饮食和各样洁净礼仪的外在规条，等新秩序的时代一到，便不再有效了。

我回答说：“先生，你知道答案。”他便说：“这些都是经过大灾难的人，他们用羔羊的血将衣裳洗得纯净洁白。

之后，祭司要洗衣沐浴，才能回营，但要等到傍晚才能洁净。负责烧牛的人也要洗衣、沐浴，并且要等到傍晚才能洁净。要由洁净的人把红母牛灰收起来，放在营外洁净的地方，用于给以色列会众制作除秽水，作除罪之用。收起牛灰的人也要洗净衣服，等到傍晚才能洁净。以色列人和寄居的外族人都要永远遵行这定例。

如果把山羊血、公牛血和母牛犊的灰洒在污秽的人身上，就可以使他们圣洁，身体得到洁净，

于是，雅各吩咐家人和所有的随从：“你们要除掉你们当中的外族神像，沐浴更衣，洁净自己。

这水代表的洗礼现在借着耶稣基督的复活也拯救了你们。这洗礼要表明的不是除掉肉体的污秽，而是求在上帝面前有无愧的良心。
