But if anyone who is ceremonially clean and not on a journey fails to celebrate the Passover, they must be cut off from their people for not presenting the Lord’s offering at the appointed time. They will bear the consequences of their sin.

But suppose someone is“ clean” and not on a journey. And they fail to celebrate the Passover Feast. Then they must be separated from the community of Israel. They did not bring the Lord’ s offering at the appointed time. They will be punished for their sin.

“ But those who neglect to celebrate the Passover at the regular time, even though they are ceremonially clean and not away on a trip, will be cut off from the community of Israel. If they fail to present the Lord’s offering at the proper time, they will suffer the consequences of their guilt.

“ But the man who is ceremonially clean, is not on a journey, and yet fails to observe the Passover is to be cut off from his people, because he did not present the LORD’s offering at its appointed time. That man will bear the consequences of his sin.

但那膽大妄為的人，無論是本地人或是寄居的，褻瀆了耶和華，那人總要從民間剪除。因為他藐視耶和華的話，違犯耶和華的命令，那人必被剪除；他的罪孽要歸到他身上。”

這些人對摩西說：“我們雖然因為接觸死人而不潔淨，為甚麼我們被拒絕，不能在以色列人中，在指定的時間獻耶和華的供物呢？”

如果我們忽略了這麼大的救恩，怎麼能逃罪呢？這救恩起初是由主親自宣講的，後來聽見的人給我們證實了。

任何人摸了死人、死人的屍體，而不潔淨自己的，就玷污了耶和華的帳幕，這人必要從以色列中剪除，因為這除污穢的水沒有灑在他身上，所以他必不潔淨；他的不潔還留在他身上。

“以色列人要在指定的時間守逾越節，就是本月十四日，黃昏的時候，你們要在指定的時間守這節，要照著這節的一切律例和一切典章而行。”

而不牽到會幕門口，耶和華的帳幕面前，獻給耶和華作供物，流血的罪就要歸到那人身上；他既然流了牲畜的血，就必從自己的族人中被剪除。

人要把你們行淫的報應歸在你們身上；你們要擔當你們拜偶像的罪；你們就知道我是主耶和華。”

這樣，男人可以免罪，婦人就要擔當自己的罪孽。”

“以色列家的任何人，或是在你們中間寄居的外人，如果吃了任何血，我必向那吃血的人變臉，把他從自己的族人中剪除。

照樣，基督為了擔當許多人的罪，也曾經一次把自己獻上；將來他還要再一次顯現，不是為擔當罪，而是要向那些熱切期待他的人成全救恩。

如果有人與叔伯的妻子同睡，就是揭露了叔伯的下體，這樣作的人要擔當自己的罪；他們必無子女而死。

你們要謹慎，不要棄絕那位說話的，因為從前的人棄絕了那位在地上警戒他們的，尚且不能逃罪；何況現在我們背棄那位從天上警戒我們的呢？

如果我們領受了真理的知識以後，還是故意犯罪，就再沒有留下贖罪的祭品了；只好恐懼地等待著審判，和那快要吞滅眾仇敵的烈火。如果有人干犯了摩西的律法，憑著兩三個證人，他尚且得不到憐憫而死；何況是踐踏神的兒子，把那使他成聖的立約的血當作俗物，又侮辱施恩的聖靈的人，你們想想，他不是應該受更嚴厲的刑罰嗎？

“因為所有動物的生命就在牠們的血中（“因為所有動物的生命就在牠們的血中”直譯是“因為所有動物的生命就是牠的血；牠是在牠的生命裡”；或譯：“論到所有動物的生命，牠的血是在牠的生命裡”），所以我對以色列人說：任何動物的血，你們都不可吃；因為所有動物的血，就是牠的生命；吃血的，必被剪除。吃了自死的，或是被野獸撕裂的動物，無論是本地人或是寄居的，都要洗淨自己的衣服，用水洗澡，並且不潔淨到晚上，以後他才算潔淨。但是，如果他不洗淨衣服，也不洗身，他就要擔當自己的罪責。”

如果偏離了正道，就不可能再使他們重新悔改了。因為他們親自把神的兒子再釘在十字架上，公然羞辱他。

他們要謹守我的命令，免得他們因褻瀆，擔罪而死；我是使他們分別為聖的耶和華。
