不復如僕、僕或作奴下同乃較僕為貴、直如可愛之兄弟、我甚愛之、況彼為爾之家人、又為信主者、不更當愛之乎、

且昔為家奴、今為兄弟、豈不更美；此在予猶然、況在爾等本屬一家、今又共宗一主、愈當相親相愛矣。

「但你們不可被稱為『老師』，因為你們的老師只有一位，而你們都是弟兄。

如果奴僕的主人是信徒，不可因為主人是弟兄就輕看他們；反而倒要服事他們，因為從這樣的美事而得益處的，是信徒、是蒙愛的人。你要教導、勸勉這些事。

你們做奴僕的，凡事都要順從自己在世上的主人，不要只在人眼前服事，像是討人的歡心，而要以忠實的心敬畏主。

阿納尼亞就去了。他進了那家，按手在掃羅身上，說：「掃羅弟兄，在你來的路上向你顯現的主耶穌差派我來，使你重見光明，並且被聖靈充滿。」

要知道，做奴僕時在主裡蒙召的，就是主的自由人；同樣，做自由人時蒙召的，就是基督的奴僕。

你們既然藉著順從真理，使自己的靈魂純潔，以致有了不虛假的弟兄之愛，就應當以潔淨的心，彼此熱切地相愛。你們得以重生，不是出於會朽壞的種子，而是出於不朽壞的種子，是藉著神永活長存的話語，

你們做奴僕的，要懷著敬畏和戰兢，以忠實的心順從自己在世上的主人，就像聽從基督一樣。不要只在人眼前服事，像是討人的歡心，而要像基督的奴僕，從心裡遵行神的旨意。要甘心樂意地服事，如同服事主，不是服事人，

故此，蒙了屬天召喚的同伴們，聖潔的弟兄們！你們應該思想我們信仰告白中的使者和大祭司——耶穌。

不過弟兄們，你們就像以撒一樣，是應許的兒女。但正如那由肉體生的當時逼迫了那由聖靈生的，現在也是這樣。
