Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name,

Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names,

Then Jesus came to them and said,“ All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. (niv)

But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone. (niv)

who has gone into heaven and is at God’s right hand— with angels, authorities and powers in submission to him. (niv)

See, my servant will act wisely; he will be raised and lifted up and highly exalted. (niv)

In a loud voice they were saying:“ Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!” (niv)

he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms,far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church,which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way. (niv)

So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs. (niv)

He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed. (niv)

The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands.Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them. (niv)

And I will appoint him to be my firstborn, the most exalted of the kings of the earth. (niv)

The Lord says to my lord:“ Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.” (niv)

Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. (niv)

After Jesus said this, he looked toward heaven and prayed:“ Father, the hour has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you.For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him.Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. (niv)

fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. (niv)

Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this. (niv)

The Lord is at your right hand; he will crush kings on the day of his wrath. (niv)

“ All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and no one knows who the Father is except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.” (niv)

“ Because he loves me,” says the Lord,“ I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. (niv)

For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.You, then, why do you judge your brother or sister? Or why do you treat them with contempt? For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat.It is written:“‘ As surely as I live,’ says the Lord,‘ every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God.’” (niv)

Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son,that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent him.“ Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.Very truly I tell you, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live.For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself.And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man. (niv)

“ I have installed my king on Zion, my holy mountain.”I will proclaim the Lord’s decree: He said to me,“ You are my son; today I have become your father.Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession.You will break them with a rod of iron; you will dash them to pieces like pottery.”Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth.Serve the Lord with fear and celebrate his rule with trembling.Kiss his son, or he will be angry and your way will lead to your destruction, for his wrath can flare up in a moment. Blessed are all who take refuge in him. (niv)

And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began. (niv)

God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of it.Exalted to the right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear.For David did not ascend to heaven, and yet he said,“‘ The Lord said to my Lord:“ Sit at my right handuntil I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.”’“ Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah.” (niv)

God exalted him to his own right hand as Prince and Savior that he might bring Israel to repentance and forgive their sins. (niv)

The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said:“ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.” (niv)

To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne. (niv)

He received honor and glory from God the Father when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory, saying,“ This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.” (niv)

and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood, (niv)

You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor.You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet:all flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild,the birds in the sky, and the fish in the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas. (niv)

Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.You love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy. (niv)

Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power.For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.The last enemy to be destroyed is death.For he“ has put everything under his feet.” Now when it says that“ everything” has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. (niv)

May his name endure forever; may it continue as long as the sun. Then all nations will be blessed through him, and they will call him blessed.Praise be to the Lord God, the God of Israel, who alone does marvelous deeds.Praise be to his glorious name forever; may the whole earth be filled with his glory. Amen and Amen. (niv)

And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. (niv)

Jesus knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God and was returning to God; (niv)

he says:“ It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.”This is what the Lord says— the Redeemer and Holy One of Israel— to him who was despised and abhorred by the nation, to the servant of rulers:“ Kings will see you and stand up, princes will see and bow down, because of the Lord, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you.”This is what the Lord says:“ In the time of my favor I will answer you, and in the day of salvation I will help you; I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people, to restore the land and to reassign its desolate inheritances, (niv)

But as for me, afflicted and in pain— may your salvation, God, protect me.I will praise God’s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving. (niv)

“ In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever.This is the meaning of the vision of the rock cut out of a mountain, but not by human hands— a rock that broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold to pieces.“ The great God has shown the king what will take place in the future. The dream is true and its interpretation is trustworthy.” (niv)

And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.” (niv)
