Fools mock at making amends for sin, but goodwill is found among the upright.

Foolish people laugh at making things right when they sin. But honest people try to do the right thing.

Fools mock at the guilt offering, but the upright enjoy acceptance.

Fools make fun of guilt, but the godly acknowledge it and seek reconciliation.

A trespass- offering mocketh fools; But among the upright there is good will.

Carrying out a wicked scheme is enjoyable to a fool, and so is wisdom for the one who has discernment.

For the kingdom of God does not consist of food and drink, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.For the one who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by people.

For they said to you,“ In the end time there will come scoffers, propelled by their own ungodly desires.”

Like a madman who shoots firebrands and deadly arrows,so is a person who deceives his neighbor, and says,“ Was I not only joking?”

Keen insight wins favor, but the conduct of the unfaithful is harsh.

This is the way of an adulterous woman: she eats and wipes her mouth and says,“ I have not done wrong.”

For the one who finds me finds life and receives favor from the LORD.

“ How long will you simpletons love naiveté? How long will mockers delight in mockery and fools hate knowledge?

Then you will find favor and good understanding, in the sight of God and people.

A good person obtains favor from the LORD, but the LORD condemns a person with wicked schemes.

What man is like Job, who drinks derision like water!He goes about in company with evildoers, he goes along with wicked men.For he says,‘ It does not profit a man when he makes his delight with God.’

how much less man, who is abominable and corrupt, who drinks in evil like water!
