心中喜樂，面有喜色；心裏憂愁，靈就憂傷。

不但如此，我們既藉着我們的主耶穌基督得以與神和好，也就藉着他以神為樂。

倒要歡喜，因為你們是與基督一同受苦，使你們在他榮耀顯現的時候也可以歡喜快樂。

人有智慧就有生命的泉源；愚妄人必受愚妄的懲戒。

我們所誇的是：我們在世為人，特別是跟你們的關係，是憑着神所賜的坦率和真誠，不是靠人的聰明，而是靠神的恩惠；這是我們的良心可以作證的。
