Do not say to your neighbor,“ Come back tomorrow and I’ll give it to you”— when you already have it with you.

Suppose you already have something to give. Don’t say to your neighbor,“ Come back tomorrow. I’ll give it to you then.”

Do not say to your neighbor,“ Go, and come again, tomorrow I will give it”— when you have it with you.

If you can help your neighbor now, don’t say,“ Come back tomorrow, and then I’ll help you.”

Don’t say to your neighbor,“ Go away! Come back later. I’ll give it tomorrow”— when it is there with you.

Do not say to your neighbor,“ Go, and come back, And tomorrow I will give it to you,” When you have it with you.

Say not unto thy neighbor, Go, and come again, And to- morrow I will give; When thou hast it by thee.

Don’t say to your neighbor,“ Go away! Come back later. I’ll give it tomorrow”— when it is there with you.

‘ You shall not cheat your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of him who is hired shall not remain with you all night until morning.

And if the man is poor, you shall not keep his pledge overnight.You shall in any case return the pledge to him again when the sun goes down, that he may sleep in his own garment and bless you; and it shall be righteousness to you before the Lord your God.“ You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether one of your brethren or one of the aliens who is in your land within your gates.Each day you shall give him his wages, and not let the sun go down on it, for he is poor and has set his heart on it; lest he cry out against you to the Lord, and it be sin to you.

but now you also must complete the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to desire it, so there also may be a completion out of what you have.
