I am certainly more stupid than any man, And I do not have the understanding of a man;

曰、我愚於眾、未有他人之聰明、

Surely I am only a brute, not a man; I do not have human understanding.

Surely I am only a dumb animal and not a man. I don’t understand as other men do.

Surely I am too stupid to be a man. I have not the understanding of a man.

I am too stupid to be human, and I lack common sense.

I am more stupid than any other person, and I lack a human’s ability to understand.

Surely I am more stupid than any man, And do not have the understanding of a man.

Surely I am more brutish than any man, And have not the understanding of a man;

I am more stupid than any other man, and I lack man’s ability to understand.

Surely I[ am] more brutish than[ any] man, and have not the understanding of a man.

Surely I am more brutish than any other human being, and I do not have human understanding;

“ Surely I am the most ignorant man, and don’t have a man’s understanding.

Then I was stupid and ignorant; I was like an animal before You.

‘ Who is this who conceals advice without knowledge?’ Therefore I have declared that which I did not understand, Things too wonderful for me, which I do not know.‘ Please listen, and I will speak; I will ask You, and You instruct me.’I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear; But now my eye sees You;Therefore I retract, And I repent, sitting on dust and ashes.”

Take care that no one deceives himself. If anyone among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise.

Every person is stupid, devoid of knowledge; Every goldsmith is put to shame by his idols, For his cast metal images are deceitful, And there is no breath in them.

And you say,“ How I hated instruction! And my heart disdainfully rejected rebuke!

For he sees that even wise people die; The foolish and the stupid alike perish And leave their wealth to others.

For I do not want you, brothers and sisters, to be uninformed of this mystery— so that you will not be wise in your own estimation— that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in;

Then I said,“ Woe to me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I live among a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of armies.”

If anyone thinks that he knows anything, he has not yet known as he ought to know;

But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

A stupid person has no knowledge, Nor does a foolish person understand this:

But these, like unreasoning animals, born as creatures of instinct to be captured and killed, using abusive speech where they have no knowledge, will in the destruction of those creatures also be destroyed,suffering wrong as the wages of doing wrong. They count it a pleasure to revel in the daytime. They are stains and blemishes, reveling in their deceptions as they feast with you,having eyes full of adultery that never cease from sin, enticing unstable souls, having hearts trained in greed, accursed children;abandoning the right way, they have gone astray, having followed the way of Balaam, the son of Beor, who loved the reward of unrighteousness;but he received a rebuke for his own offense, for a mute donkey, speaking with a human voice, restrained the insanity of the prophet.
