Come, let’s worship and bow down, Let’s kneel before the Lord our Maker.For He is our God, And we are the people of His pasture and the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice,

“ Stop striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted on the earth.”

Your hands made me and fashioned me; Give me understanding, so that I may learn Your commandments.

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

Therefore, those also who suffer according to the will of God are to entrust their souls to a faithful Creator in doing what is right.

And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.

Then they will know that I, the Lord their God, am with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are My people,” declares the Lord God.“ As for you, My sheep, the sheep of My pasture, you are mankind, and I am your God,” declares the Lord God.

You were shown these things so that you might know that the Lord, He is God; there is no other besides Him.

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?For you have been bought for a price: therefore glorify God in your body.

For you were continually straying like sheep, but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls.

‘ Your hands fashioned and made me altogether, Yet would You destroy me?Remember that You have made me as clay; Yet would You turn me into dust again?Did You not pour me out like milk, And curdle me like cheese,Clothe me with skin and flesh, And intertwine me with bones and tendons?You have granted me life and goodness; And Your care has guarded my spirit.Yet You have concealed these things in Your heart; I know that this is within You:

For You created my innermost parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb.I will give thanks to You, because I am awesomely and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well.My frame was not hidden from You When I was made in secret, And skillfully formed in the depths of the earth;Your eyes have seen my formless substance; And in Your book were written All the days that were ordained for me, When as yet there was not one of them.How precious also are Your thoughts for me, God! How vast is the sum of them!Were I to count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You.If only You would put the wicked to death, God; Leave me, you men of bloodshed.For they speak against You wickedly, And Your enemies take Your name in vain.Do I not hate those who hate You, Lord? And do I not loathe those who rise up against You?I hate them with the utmost hatred; They have become my enemies.Search me, God, and know my heart; Put me to the test and know my anxious thoughts;And see if there is any hurtful way in me, And lead me in the everlasting way.

So we Your people and the sheep of Your pasture Will give thanks to You forever; To all generations we will tell of Your praise.

Therefore know today, and take it to your heart, that the Lord, He is God in heaven above and on the earth below; there is no other.

Israel shall be joyful in his Maker; The sons of Zion shall rejoice in their King.

However at that time, when you did not know God, you were slaves to those which by nature are not gods.But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how is it that you turn back again to the weak and worthless elementary principles, to which you want to be enslaved all over again?

But now, Lord our God, please, save us from his hand, so that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You alone, Lord, are God.”

But He led His own people out like sheep, And guided them in the wilderness like a flock;

Go up on a high mountain, Zion, messenger of good news, Raise your voice forcefully, Jerusalem, messenger of good news; Raise it up, do not fear. Say to the cities of Judah,“ Here is your God!”Behold, the Lord God will come with might, With His arm ruling for Him. Behold, His compensation is with Him, And His reward before Him.Like a shepherd He will tend His flock, In His arm He will gather the lambs And carry them in the fold of His robe; He will gently lead the nursing ewes.

Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His faithfulness to a thousand generations for those who love Him and keep His commandments;

Then at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, Elijah the prophet approached and said,“ Lord, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, today let it be known that You are God in Israel and that I am Your servant, and that I have done all these things at Your word.Answer me, Lord, answer me, so that this people may know that You, Lord, are God, and that You have turned their heart back.”Then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt offering and the wood, and the stones and the dust; and it licked up the water that was in the trench.When all the people saw this, they fell on their faces; and they said,“ The Lord, He is God; the Lord, He is God!”

We have become like those over whom You have never ruled, Like those who were not called by Your name.

shepherd the flock of God among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion but voluntarily, according to the will of God; and not with greed but with eagerness;nor yet as domineering over those assigned to your care, but by proving to be examples to the flock.And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory.

I am the good shepherd, and I know My own, and My own know Me,just as the Father knows Me and I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep.And I have other sheep that are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will listen to My voice; and they will become one flock, with one shepherd.

For the Lord God says this:“ Behold, I Myself will search for My sheep and look after them.

This day the Lord will hand you over to me, and I will strike you and remove your head from you. Then I will give the dead bodies of the army of the Philistines this day to the birds of the sky and the wild animals of the earth, so that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel,and that this entire assembly may know that the Lord does not save by sword or by spear; for the battle is the Lord’s, and He will hand you over to us!”

But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep.My sheep listen to My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me;and I give them eternal life, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.

God, why have You rejected us forever? Why does Your anger smoke against the sheep of Your pasture?Remember Your congregation, which You purchased of old, Which You have redeemed to be the tribe of Your inheritance; And this Mount Zion, where You have dwelt.

But the Lord is the true God; He is the living God and the everlasting King. The earth quakes at His wrath, And the nations cannot endure His indignation.

Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.I know that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock;

Then His people remembered the days of old, of Moses. Where is He who brought them up out of the sea with the shepherds of His flock? Where is He who put His Holy Spirit in the midst of them,

For God, who said,“ Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.

For the Lord is a great God And a great King above all gods,

Is it right for You indeed to oppress, To reject the work of Your hands, And to look favorably on the plan of the wicked?

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

For while I was passing through and examining the objects of your worship, I also found an altar with this inscription,‘ TO AN UNKNOWN GOD.’ Therefore, what you worship in ignorance, this I proclaim to you.The God who made the world and everything that is in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made by hands;

Remember also your Creator in the days of your youth, before the evil days come and the years approach when you will say,“ I have no pleasure in them”;

Who have said,“ With our tongue we will prevail; Our lips are our own; who is lord over us?”
