Praise the Lord, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will.

Micaiah continued,“ Therefore hear the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on his throne with all the multitudes of heaven standing around him on his right and on his left. (niv)

He makes winds his messengers, flames of fire his servants. (niv)

“ Neither,” he replied,“ but as commander of the army of the Lord I have now come.” Then Joshua fell facedown to the ground in reverence, and asked him,“ What message does my Lord have for his servant?” (niv)

Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation? (niv)

When Jacob saw them, he said,“ This is the camp of God!” So he named that place Mahanaim. (niv)

You alone are the Lord. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you. (niv)

Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, (niv)

The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands; the Lord has come from Sinai into his sanctuary. (niv)

“ Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory.And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other. (niv)

“ As I looked,“ thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took his seat. His clothing was as white as snow; the hair of his head was white like wool. His throne was flaming with fire, and its wheels were all ablaze.A river of fire was flowing, coming out from before him. Thousands upon thousands attended him; ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him. The court was seated, and the books were opened. (niv)

I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had been showing them to me.But he said to me,“ Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your fellow prophets and with all who keep the words of this scroll. Worship God!” (niv)

And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says,“ Let all God’s angels worship him.”In speaking of the angels he says,“ He makes his angels spirits, and his servants flames of fire.” (niv)

The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will weed out of his kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. (niv)

By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, their starry host by the breath of his mouth. (niv)

and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. This will happen when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire with his powerful angels.He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. (niv)
