He wore cursing as his garment; it entered into his body like water, into his bones like oil.

They cursed others as easily as they put on clothes. Cursing was as natural to them as getting a drink of water or putting olive oil on their bodies.

He clothed himself with cursing as his coat; may it soak into his body like water, like oil into his bones!

Cursing is as natural to him as his clothing, or the water he drinks, or the rich food he eats.

He wore cursing like his coat— let it enter his body like water and go into his bones like oil.

所以你們被上帝揀選的人、聖別而蒙愛的、你們要穿上憐憫的心腸、和慈惠、謙卑、柔和、恆忍。

這時把耶穌送官的猶大見耶穌被定了罪，就後悔，把那三十錠銀子還給祭司長和長老，說：『我把無辜人送官處死，我有罪了。』他們說：『那與我們何干？你自理吧！』猶大把那銀子丟在殿堂裏，就退出來，去吊死了。

他叫她喝了那水，她若曾經被玷污，對她丈夫不忠實，那麼這招致咒罵的水進她裏面就會引起苦痛；她的肚子就會發脹，她的大腿就會消瘦；那婦人就會在她的族人中成了受咒罵的話柄。

但如今呢、你們也要把一切都脫去了：脫去忿怒、暴怒、惡毒；從你們口中脫去毁謗和可恥的話。

人子固然必須去，照指着他所記的；但是那人、人子由他而被送官的、有禍啊！那人若不生下來，對於他倒好。』

我以正義為衣服，正義也做衣服覆被着我；我的公平就如外袍與華冠。

使他取得這執事職任的地位，就是使徒職分的位置；這位分猶大已經悖棄，往自己的地方去了。』

這人用不義的工錢買得了一塊園地，竟翻跟頭仆倒了，肚子爆裂，腸子迸流出來。

『壞事在他口中雖生甘甜，他雖給藏於舌頭底下，顧惜不肯放棄，含住於口中，但他的食物在肚腹中卻要變壞，在臟腑裏卻要成為虺蛇毒質。他吞了資財，又再吐出；上帝從他腹中掏出來。他吸飲着虺蛇之毒；蝮蛇的舌頭把他殺了。

你們年輕的、照樣要順服年長的。你們眾人、彼此相待、都要以謙卑為裝束；因為上帝敵擋狂傲的，賜恩給謙卑的人。

『因為他心裏不認識安寧；他的珍寶、他也不能保全。殘存的、他沒有一樣不吞喫——故此他的福樂不能持久。他滿足有餘時、反而困苦；凡受苦楚的人、都要下手批擊他。但願他的肚腹得滿足啊！上帝必打發猛烈怒氣到他身上；如雨下於他身上、做他的食物。
