任憑人謗詛。但求主輔翼。若輩終承羞。爾僕應怡悅。

While they curse, may you bless; may those who attack me be put to shame, but may your servant rejoice.

They may curse me. But may you bless me. May those who attack me be put to shame. But may I be filled with joy.

Let them curse, but you will bless! They arise and are put to shame, but your servant will be glad!

他爱咒诅，愿咒诅临到他；他不喜爱祝福，愿福乐远离他。

神对巴兰说：“你不可与他们同去，也不可咒诅那民，因为他们是蒙福的。”

因此主耶和华这样说：“看哪！我的众仆人必有吃的，你们却要饥饿；看哪！我的仆人必有喝的，你们却要口渴；看哪！我的仆人必要欢喜，你们却要蒙羞；看哪！我的仆人必因心里高兴而欢呼，你们却要因心中伤痛而哀叫，因灵里破碎而哀号。你们必留下自己的名，作我选民的咒语；主耶和华必杀死你们，必用另外的名去称呼他自己的仆人。所以，在地上为自己求福的，必凭着真实的神求福；在地上起誓的，必凭着真实的神起誓。因为先前的患难都已经被人忘记了，也从我的眼前隐藏了。

我奉命来祝福；神要赐福，我不能改变。

在雅各中没有观兆的，在以色列中也没有占卜；到了适当的时候，必有话对雅各和以色列说：‘神为他们行了何等的大事！’

王说：“洗鲁雅的儿子啊，我与你们有什么关系呢？如果他咒骂是因为耶和华对他说：‘你要咒骂大卫！’那么谁敢说：‘你为什么这样作呢？’”大卫又对亚比筛和他所有的臣仆说：“看哪！连我亲生的儿子尚且寻索我的命，何况这便雅悯人呢？由他去吧，由他咒骂吧！因为这是耶和华吩咐他的。也许耶和华看见我的苦难，就施恩与我，以取代今天这人对我的咒骂。”于是大卫和跟从他的人继续在大路上往前去。示每也沿着山坡，与大卫并排而行，一边走，一边咒骂，又用石头投掷他，拿尘土扬他。

专一注视耶稣，就是那位信心的创造者和完成者。他因为那摆在面前的喜乐，就忍受了十字架，轻看了羞辱，现在就坐在神宝座的右边。
