萬民洶洶。勢如群蜂。我恃主名。驅之絕蹤。

They swarmed around me like bees, but they were consumed as quickly as burning thorns; in the name of the Lord I cut them down.

They attacked me like swarms of bees. But they were burned up as quickly as thorns in a fire. By the Lord’ s power I destroyed them.

爾無庸戰、當列陳而立、觀耶和華之救援、猶大與耶路撒冷人歟、勿畏葸、勿恐惶、明日出而禦之、蓋耶和華與爾偕焉、約沙法俯首面地、猶大人眾、與耶路撒冷居民、俯伏於耶和華前、而崇拜之、哥轄可拉二族之利未人起立、頌讚以色列之上帝耶和華、其聲甚大、翌日、民眾夙興、往提哥亞野、出時、約沙法立而言曰、猶大人與耶路撒冷居民歟、宜聽我言、信爾之上帝耶和華、則必堅立、信其先知、則必亨通、約沙法既與民議、遂立人謳歌耶和華、衣聖服行於軍前曰、當稱謝耶和華、以其慈惠永存、甫謳歌頌讚時、耶和華發伏兵、以敵來攻猶大之亞捫人、摩押人、及西珥山人、俱為所擊、

是時先見哈拿尼詣猶大王亞撒、謂之曰、因爾恃亞蘭王、不恃爾之上帝耶和華、故亞蘭王之軍脫於爾手、古實人、路比人、其軍非甚大乎、車騎非至多乎、因爾恃耶和華、彼則付於爾手、蓋耶和華之目遍及天下、凡專心向之者、必顯其力以助之、爾所行者愚也、今而後爾必有戰事、

耶和華我主歟、爾名巍巍於大地兮、

惟彼匪徒、如被棄之荊棘、手不得執、

如焚林之火、如燎山之焰、追之以烈風、驚之以雷雨兮、

亞哈謝往見約蘭而淪亡、乃由於上帝、蓋彼既至、則偕約蘭出迎寧示子耶戶、即耶和華所膏、以滅亞哈家者、耶戶懲罰亞哈家時、遇猶大牧伯、與服事亞哈謝之諸姪、遂殺之、
