我舉目向山、我之扶助、何自而來、

歌曰、維彼岡巒、予所仰止、予之得救、在其地兮、

我向山舉目觀望曰、我之救濟、自何而來、

舉目向青山。悠然望天顏。偉哉造物主。吾心所仰攀。

I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from?

I look up to the mountains. Where does my help come from?
