You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours.

Your work will give you what you need. Blessings and good things will come to you.

You shall eat the fruit of the labor of your hands; you shall be blessed, and it shall be well with you.

You will enjoy the fruit of your labor. How joyful and prosperous you will be!

This is what I have observed to be good: that it is appropriate for a person to eat, to drink and to find satisfaction in their toilsome labor under the sun during the few days of life God has given them— for this is their lot.Moreover, when God gives someone wealth and possessions, and the ability to enjoy them, to accept their lot and be happy in their toil— this is a gift of God. Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. (niv)

They will build houses and dwell in them; they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.No longer will they build houses and others live in them, or plant and others eat. For as the days of a tree, so will be the days of my people; my chosen ones will long enjoy the work of their hands.They will not labor in vain, nor will they bear children doomed to misfortune; for they will be a people blessed by the Lord, they and their descendants with them. The Lord will grant you abundant prosperity— in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your ground— in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you. (niv)

“ Does it make you a king to have more and more cedar? Did not your father have food and drink? He did what was right and just, so all went well with him. (niv)

Whenever the Israelites planted their crops, the Midianites, Amalekites and other eastern peoples invaded the country.They camped on the land and ruined the crops all the way to Gaza and did not spare a living thing for Israel, neither sheep nor cattle nor donkeys.They came up with their livestock and their tents like swarms of locusts. It was impossible to count them or their camels; they invaded the land to ravage it.Midian so impoverished the Israelites that they cried out to the Lord for help. (niv)
