不見吾主兮。中心悒悒。黯然銷魂兮。將至何日。敵人高壓兮。何時得息。

Look on me and answer, Lord my God. Give light to my eyes, or I will sleep in death,

Lord my God, look at me and answer me. Give me new life, or I will die.

Consider and answer me, O Lord my God; light up my eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death,

Turn and answer me, O Lord my God! Restore the sparkle to my eyes, or I will die.

Consider me and answer, LORD my God. Restore brightness to my eyes; otherwise, I will sleep in death.

Consider and answer me, O Lord my God; Enlighten my eyes, or I will sleep the sleep of death,

Consider and hear me, O Lord my God; Enlighten my eyes, Lest I sleep the sleep of death;

Consider and answer me, O Jehovah my God: Lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;

Consider me and answer, Lord my God. Restore brightness to my eyes; otherwise, I will sleep in death.

Look at me! Answer me, O LORD my God! Revive me, or else I will die!

Behold, and answer me, Yahweh, my God. Give light to my eyes, lest I sleep in death;

See how numerous are my enemies and how fiercely they hate me! (niv)

a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and the glory of your people Israel.” (niv)

Jonathan said,“ My father has made trouble for the country. See how my eyes brightened when I tasted a little of this honey. (niv)

I will be glad and rejoice in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul. (niv)

The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp. (niv)
