然而主耶和华啊，我的眼睛望着你！我投靠了你，求你不要让我暴露在危险中。

因為、主永恆主啊，我的眼只向着你；我避難於你裏面；求你不要將我的性命傾倒淨盡。

然而主耶和華啊，我的眼睛望著你！我投靠了你，求你不要讓我暴露在危險中。

主耶和華歟、我目望爾、我身託庇於爾、勿傾我命兮、

我主耶和華兮、我仰望爾、我倚賴爾、勿我遐棄兮、

我舉目盼望主我之天主、我惟仰賴主、求主莫傾滅我命、

我今處危厄。時時虞隕越。吾目惟望主。

But my eyes are fixed on you, Sovereign Lord; in you I take refuge— do not give me over to death.

But Lord and King, I keep looking to you for help. I go to you for safety. Don’t let me die.

For mine eyes are unto thee, O Jehovah the Lord: In thee do I take refuge; leave not my soul destitute.

To You I have raised my eyes, You who are enthroned in the heavens!Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, As the eyes of a female servant to the hand of her mistress, So our eyes look to the Lord our God, Until He is gracious to us.

My eyes are continually toward the Lord, For He will rescue my feet from the net.Turn to me and be gracious to me, For I am lonely and afflicted.The troubles of my heart are enlarged; Bring me out of my distresses.

“ The poor and needy are seeking water, but there is none, And their tongues are parched with thirst. I, the Lord, will answer them Myself; As the God of Israel I will not abandon them.

Our God, will You not judge them? For we are powerless before this great multitude that is coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are on You.”

“ I will not leave you as orphans; I am coming to you.

Kiss the Son, that He not be angry and you perish on the way, For His wrath may be kindled quickly. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him!

In the Lord I take refuge; How can you say to my soul,“ Flee as a bird to your mountain?

For the enemy has persecuted my soul; He has crushed my life to the ground; He has made me dwell in dark places, like those who have long been dead.Therefore my spirit feels weak within me; My heart is appalled within me.
