我倚賴主、求主使我清晨得聽主之恩言、我心中仰望主、求主指示我以當行之路、

靜候主好音。長夜豈無曙。一心惟盼主。指我當行路。

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.

God is in the midst of her, she will not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns.

Your ears will hear a word behind you, saying,“ This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding.In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.

Teach me Your way, Lord, And lead me on a level path Because of my enemies.

The Lord will send His goodness in the daytime; And His song will be with me in the night, A prayer to the God of my life.

To You, Lord, I lift up my soul.My God, in You I trust, Do not let me be ashamed; Do not let my enemies rejoice over me.

Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground.

But as for me, I will sing of Your strength; Yes, I will joyfully sing of Your faithfulness in the morning, For You have been my refuge And a place of refuge on the day of my distress.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will advise you with My eye upon you.

For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; Weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning.

Satisfy us in the morning with Your graciousness, That we may sing for joy and rejoice all our days.

Make the soul of Your servant joyful, For to You, Lord, I lift up my soul.

Your hands made me and fashioned me; Give me understanding, so that I may learn Your commandments.

We raise our heart and hands Toward God in heaven;

Lord, lead me in Your righteousness because of my enemies; Make Your way straight before me.

Give me understanding, so that I may comply with Your Law And keep it with all my heart.

So let’s learn, let’s press on to know the Lord. His appearance is as sure as the dawn; And He will come to us like the rain, As the spring rain waters the earth.”

Then Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him until daybreak.When the man saw that he had not prevailed against him, he touched the socket of Jacob’s hip; and the socket of Jacob’s hip was dislocated while he wrestled with him.Then he said,“ Let me go, for the dawn is breaking.” But he said,“ I will not let you go unless you bless me.”So he said to him,“ What is your name?” And he said,“ Jacob.”Then he said,“ Your name shall no longer be Jacob, but Israel; for you have contended with God and with men, and have prevailed.”And Jacob asked him and said,“ Please tell me your name.” But he said,“ Why is it that you ask my name?” And he blessed him there.
