I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the Lord. (niv)

For the king trusts in the Lord; through the unfailing love of the Most High he will not be shaken.Your hand will lay hold on all your enemies; your right hand will seize your foes.When you appear for battle, you will burn them up as in a blazing furnace. The Lord will swallow them up in his wrath, and his fire will consume them.You will destroy their descendants from the earth, their posterity from mankind.Though they plot evil against you and devise wicked schemes, they cannot succeed.You will make them turn their backs when you aim at them with drawn bow. The Lord swore an oath to David, a sure oath he will not revoke:“ One of your own descendants I will place on your throne. (niv)

For you have upheld my right and my cause, sitting enthroned as the righteous judge. (niv)

God exalted him to his own right hand as Prince and Savior that he might bring Israel to repentance and forgive their sins. (niv)

“ I have installed my king on Zion, my holy mountain.” (niv)

Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. (niv)

On the wicked he will rain fiery coals and burning sulfur; a scorching wind will be their lot. (niv)

He who is the Portion of Jacob is not like these, for he is the Maker of all things, including Israel, the people of his inheritance— the Lord Almighty is his name. (niv)

Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit, (niv)

The scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous, for then the righteous might use their hands to do evil. (niv)

The Lord says to my lord:“ Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.”The Lord will extend your mighty scepter from Zion, saying,“ Rule in the midst of your enemies!” (niv)

“ Here I will make a horn grow for David and set up a lamp for my anointed one.I will clothe his enemies with shame, but his head will be adorned with a radiant crown.” (niv)

“ Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will bring justice to the nations. (niv)

For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. (niv)

Increase the days of the king’s life, his years for many generations.May he be enthroned in God’s presence forever; appoint your love and faithfulness to protect him. (niv)

God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of it. (niv)
