耶和华啊，我要洗手表明无辜，才环绕你的祭坛；

耶和華啊，我洗手表明清白，再走到你的壇前，

耶和華啊！我要洗手表明無辜，才來繞著你的祭壇行走；

永恆主啊，我要洗手表明無辜，才來繞行你的祭壇，

耶和華啊，我要洗淨雙手表明清白，還要繞著你的祭壇而行，

耶和華歟、我將盥手、以表無辜、環於爾壇兮、

我必盥手以示無辜、而詣耶和華臺前兮、

主歟、我必洗淨我手、巡繞主之祭臺、

洗手滌餘穢。留連於閟幄。

I wash my hands in innocence, and go about your altar, Lord,

I wash my hands to show that I’m not guilty. Lord, I come near your altar.

I wash my hands in innocence and go around your altar, O Lord,

I wash my hands to declare my innocence. I come to your altar, O Lord,

I wash my hands in innocence and go around your altar, LORD,

I maintain a pure lifestyle, so I can appear before your altar, O LORD,

I will wash my hands in innocence, so I will go about your altar, Yahweh,

Surely I have cleansed my heart in vain, And washed my hands in innocence.

for Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet in water from it.When they go into the tabernacle of meeting, or when they come near the altar to minister, to burn an offering made by fire to the Lord, they shall wash with water, lest they die.

Then I will go to the altar of God, To God my exceeding joy; And on the harp I will praise You, O God, my God.

Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus,by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh,and having a High Priest over the house of God,let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.

He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully.

Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you,leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.

not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,

But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup.For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.

Cease to do evil,Learn to do good; Seek justice, Rebuke the oppressor; Defend the fatherless, Plead for the widow.“ Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the Lord,“ Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool.

Judah has dealt treacherously, And an abomination has been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem, For Judah has profaned The LORD’s holy institution which He loves: He has married the daughter of a foreign god.May the Lord cut off from the tents of Jacob The man who does this, being awake and aware, Yet who brings an offering to the Lord of hosts!And this is the second thing you do: You cover the altar of the Lord with tears, With weeping and crying; So He does not regard the offering anymore, Nor receive it with goodwill from your hands.
