主盍一垂顧。鑒我耿耿忠。向主發哀聲。舉手朝聖宮。

Hear my cry for mercy as I call to you for help, as I lift up my hands toward your Most Holy Place.

May my prayer be counted as incense before You; The raising of my hands as the evening offering.

But as for me, by Your abundant graciousness I will enter Your house, At Your holy temple I will bow in reverence for You.

Lift up your hands to the sanctuary And bless the Lord.

Therefore I want the men in every place to pray, lifting up holy hands, without anger and dispute.

I said to the Lord,“ You are my God; Listen, Lord, to the sound of my pleadings.

Now when Daniel learned that the document was signed, he entered his house( and in his roof chamber he had windows open toward Jerusalem); and he continued kneeling on his knees three times a day, praying and offering praise before his God, just as he had been doing previously.

Then he prepared an inner sanctuary inside the house in order to place there the ark of the covenant of the Lord.

He overlaid the entire house with gold, until all the house was finished. Also the entire altar which was by the inner sanctuary he overlaid with gold.And in the inner sanctuary he made two cherubim of olive wood, each ten cubits high.

But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways, The Lord will lead them away with those who practice injustice. Peace be upon Israel.

Then the priests brought the ark of the covenant of the Lord to its place, into the inner sanctuary of the house, to the Most Holy Place, under the wings of the cherubim.For the cherubim spread their wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubim made a covering over the ark and its carrying poles from above.But the poles were so long that the ends of the poles could be seen from the holy place in front of the inner sanctuary, but they could not be seen outside; they are there to this day.

I spread out my hands to You; My soul longs for You, like a weary land. Selah
