願那喜歡我遭難的一同抱愧蒙羞！願那向我妄自尊大的披戴慚愧，蒙受羞辱！

看哪，凡向你發怒的都抱愧蒙羞，與你相爭的必如無有，並要滅亡。

「人論我說，『公義、能力，惟獨在乎耶和華。人必歸向他，凡向他發怒的都必蒙羞。

耶穌一對他們說「我就是」，他們就退後，倒在地上。

我的仇敵回轉撤退的時候，他們在你面前跌倒滅亡。

他就仆倒在地，聽見有聲音對他說：「掃羅！掃羅！你為甚麼迫害我？」他說：「主啊！你是誰？」主說：「我就是你所迫害的耶穌。起來！進城去，你應該做的事，必有人告訴你。」

希律不歸榮耀給上帝，所以主的使者立刻擊打他，他被蟲咬，就斷了氣。上帝的道日見興旺，越發廣傳。

耶和華啊，求你叫我不致羞愧，因為我曾呼求你；求你使惡人羞愧，使他們在陰間緘默無聲。那撒謊的人逞驕傲輕慢，出狂妄的話攻擊義人，願他的嘴啞而無言。

願那些尋索我命的，抱愧蒙羞；願那些喜悅我遭害的，退後受辱。願那些對我說「啊哈、啊哈」的，因羞愧退後。

可是，園戶看見他兒子，彼此說：『這是承受產業的。來，我們殺了他，佔他的產業！』於是他們拿住他，把他扔出葡萄園外，殺了。葡萄園的主人來的時候，要怎樣處置那些園戶呢？」他們說：「要狠狠地除滅那些惡人，將葡萄園轉租給那些按時候交果子的園戶。」
