But as for me, I am poor and needy; may the Lord think of me. You are my help and my deliverer; you are my God, do not delay.

我貧窮困苦，上帝啊，求你快來救我。你是我的幫助，是我的拯救。耶和華啊，求你不要遲延。

「貧窮困苦的人找不到水喝，他們口乾舌燥。但我耶和華必應允他們的呼求，我——以色列的上帝不會撇棄他們。

你們要把一切憂慮卸給上帝，因為祂眷顧你們。

這樣，我們可以放膽地說：「主是我的幫助，我必不懼怕，人能把我怎麼樣？」

我的上帝耶和華啊，你行了許多奇事，為我們定了許多美好的計劃，誰能與你相比！你奇妙的作為不可勝數。

我這可憐的人向祂呼求，祂就垂聽，救我脫離一切困境。

我並不覺得羞愧，因為主耶和華幫助我。我心如堅石，知道自己必不會蒙羞。為我伸張正義的來了，誰要控告我呢？讓我們來理論吧！誰是我的控告者呢？讓他到我這裡來吧！看啊，有主耶和華幫助我，誰能定我有罪呢？看啊，他們都要像衣服一樣漸漸破舊，被蛀蟲吃掉。

看啊，上帝幫助我，主扶持我，

耶和華啊，求你快快應允我！我已絕望，求你不要掩面不顧我，不然我必和下墳墓的人無異。求你讓我在清晨就聽見你的慈言愛語，因為我信靠你；求你指示我當走的路，因為我的心仰望你。

祂被辱駡也不還口，被迫害也不揚言報復，只把自己交託給按公義施行審判的上帝。

耶和華垂聽窮苦人的祈求，不輕看祂被囚的子民。

耶穌說：「狐狸有洞，飛鳥有窩，人子卻沒有安枕之處。」

我親愛的弟兄姊妹，請聽我說，上帝不是揀選了窮人，使他們在信心上富足，並承受祂應許賜給那些愛祂之人的國度嗎？

那位證明這些事的說：「是的，我快要來了。」阿們！主耶穌啊，我願你來！

耶和華啊，我窮苦無助，求你垂聽我的禱告，應允我。

因為我貧窮困苦，內心飽受創傷。

因為你們知道我們主耶穌基督的恩典，祂本來富足，卻為你們的緣故變得貧窮，使你們藉著祂的貧窮可以變得富足。
