For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness, Nor shall evil dwell with You.

因為你是不喜愛邪惡的神，惡人不能與你同住。

因為你不是喜愛邪惡的上帝；壞人不能寄居在你那裏。

因為你是不喜愛邪惡的神，罪惡不能與你同住。

爾為上帝、不悅罪戾、惡人不得與爾同居兮、

維彼罪人兮、上帝不悅、不許同居、

因主為天主、不喜悅惡事、不容惡人與主同居、

明發即懷主。晨省豈不早。

For you are not a God who is pleased with wickedness; with you, evil people are not welcome.

For you, God, aren’t happy with anything that is evil. Those who do what is wrong can’t live where you are.

For you are not a God who delights in wickedness; evil may not dwell with you.

O God, you take no pleasure in wickedness; you cannot tolerate the sins of the wicked.

For you are not a God who delights in wickedness; evil cannot dwell with you.

For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness; No evil can dwell with You.

For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: Evil shall not sojourn with thee.

For You are not a God who delights in wickedness; evil cannot dwell with You.

For thou[ art] not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee.

Certainly you are not a God who approves of evil; evil people cannot dwell with you.

For you are not a God who has pleasure in wickedness. Evil can’t live with you.

Surely the righteous shall give thanks to Your name; The upright shall dwell in Your presence.

Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord:

You have wearied the Lord with your words; Yet you say,“ In what way have we wearied Him?” In that you say,“ Everyone who does evil Is good in the sight of the Lord, And He delights in them,” Or,“ Where is the God of justice?”

But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

The Lord tests the righteous, But the wicked and the one who loves violence His soul hates.

To declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.

Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.

Shall the throne of iniquity, which devises evil by law, Have fellowship with You?

He who works deceit shall not dwell within my house; He who tells lies shall not continue in my presence.

You are of purer eyes than to behold evil, And cannot look on wickedness. Why do You look on those who deal treacherously, And hold Your tongue when the wicked devours A person more righteous than he?

These things you have done, and I kept silent; You thought that I was altogether like you; But I will rebuke you, And set them in order before your eyes.

I know also, my God, that You test the heart and have pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things; and now with joy I have seen Your people, who are present here to offer willingly to You.

The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light.

Jesus answered and said to him,“ If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.
