耶和華歟、我身頹敗、爾其恤之、耶和華歟、我骨酸辛、爾其療之、

我身荏弱、爾其恤之、我骨戰慄、爾其醫之、

我身虛弱、求主矜憐、我骨戰慄、求主醫治、

求主勿怒譴。求主息雷霆。

Have mercy on me, Lord, for I am faint; heal me, Lord, for my bones are in agony.

For my life is spent with sorrow, and my years with sighing; my strength fails because of my iniquity, and my bones waste away.

“ Come, let us return to the Lord; for he has torn us, that he may heal us; he has struck us down, and he will bind us up.

O Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you have healed me.

So his fame spread throughout all Syria, and they brought him all the sick, those afflicted with various diseases and pains, those oppressed by demons, those having seizures, and paralytics, and he healed them.

“ Man is also rebuked with pain on his bed and with continual strife in his bones,so that his life loathes bread, and his appetite the choicest food.His flesh is so wasted away that it cannot be seen, and his bones that were not seen stick out.

Let me hear joy and gladness; let the bones that you have broken rejoice.

Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise.

For my sides are filled with burning, and there is no soundness in my flesh.

saying,“ If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, your healer.”

There is no soundness in my flesh because of your indignation; there is no health in my bones because of my sin.

As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.For he knows our frame; he remembers that we are dust.As for man, his days are like grass; he flourishes like a flower of the field;for the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place knows it no more.But the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to children’s children,

For he wounds, but he binds up; he shatters, but his hands heal.

For when I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.
