Concerning this I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might leave me.And He has said to me,“ My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.Therefore I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in distresses, in persecutions, in difficulties, in behalf of Christ; for when I am weak, then I am strong.

and he said,“ I called out of my distress to the Lord, And He answered me. I called for help from the depth of Sheol; You heard my voice.

While I was fainting away, I remembered the Lord, And my prayer came to You, Into Your holy temple.

who rescued us from so great a danger of death, and will rescue us, He on whom we have set our hope. And He will yet deliver us,if you also join in helping us through your prayers, so that thanks may be given by many persons in our behalf for the favor granted to us through the prayers of many.
