爾素為我避所、為我堅臺、以免於敵兮、

主乃護庇我、有如鞏固之臺、使我得以避仇敵、

雖在地角。惟爾是籲。用抒幽懷。用申景慕。求爾指引。陟彼高岡。

For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe.

You have always kept me safe from my enemies. You are like a strong tower to me.

for you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the enemy.

for you are my safe refuge, a fortress where my enemies cannot reach me.

for you have been a refuge for me, a strong tower in the face of the enemy.

For You have been a refuge for me, A tower of strength against the enemy.

For You have been a shelter for me, A strong tower from the enemy.

For thou hast been a refuge for me, A strong tower from the enemy.

for You have been a refuge for me, a strong tower in the face of the enemy.

Indeed, you are my shelter, a strong tower that protects me from the enemy.

耶和华的名是坚固的高台，义人投奔，就得安全。

他救我们脱离了那极大的死亡，而且他还要救我们，我们希望他将来仍要救我们。

主耶和华，拯救我的力量啊，在争战的日子，你保护了我的头。

我的拯救，我的荣耀，都在于神；我坚固的磐石，我的避难所，都在于神。

耶和华是我的岩石、我的山寨、我的救主、我的神、我的磐石、我所投靠的、我的盾牌、我救恩的角、我的高台。

因为他留心听我的恳求，我一生一世要求告他。

“雅各家啊，以色列家所有余剩的人哪！你们都要听我的话，你们自出母腹，就蒙我怀抱；自出母胎，就蒙我提携。直到你们年老，我还是一样；直到你们发白，我仍然怀抱你。我以前既然这样作了，以后我仍必提携你；我必怀抱你，也必拯救你。

有许多人说：“谁能指示我们得什么好处呢？”耶和华啊！求你仰起你的脸，光照我们。你使我心里喜乐，胜过人在丰收五谷新酒时的喜乐。
