I will come to your temple with burnt offerings and fulfill my vows to you—

When you make a vow to God, do not delay to fulfill it. He has no pleasure in fools; fulfill your vow. (niv)

May it please you to prosper Zion, to build up the walls of Jerusalem.Then you will delight in the sacrifices of the righteous, in burnt offerings offered whole; then bulls will be offered on your altar. (niv)

The Lord is God, and he has made his light shine on us. With boughs in hand, join in the festal procession up to the horns of the altar. (niv)
