上帝兮、涖彼海隅、波濤洶湧、深淵澎湃兮、

天主歟、大水見主、悉皆驚惶、深淵見主、亦皆震動、

運其大手臂。子民承恩贖。斯民誰之裔。若瑟與雅谷。

The waters saw you, God, the waters saw you and writhed; the very depths were convulsed.

God, the water of the Red Sea saw you. It saw you and boiled up. The deepest waters were stirred up.

When the waters saw you, O God, when the waters saw you, they were afraid; indeed, the deep trembled.

When the Red Sea saw you, O God, its waters looked and trembled! The sea quaked to its very depths.

摩西向海伸手，耶和華就用強勁的東風，使海水在一夜間退去，海就成了乾地；水分開了。

那時正是收割的日子，約旦河的水漲滿兩岸。抬約櫃的人到了約旦河，抬約櫃的祭司腳一入水邊，那從上往下流的水就在很遠的地方，在撒拉但旁邊的亞當城那裏停住，豎立成壘；那往亞拉巴海，就是鹽海下流的水全然中斷。於是，百姓在耶利哥的對面過了河。

你騎馬踐踏海，踐踏洶湧的大水。

滄海看見就奔逃，約旦河也倒流。大山踴躍如公羊，小山跳舞如羔羊。滄海啊，你為何奔逃？約旦哪，你為何倒流？大山哪，你為何踴躍如公羊？小山哪，你為何跳舞如羔羊？

耶和華啊，你豈是向江河發怒，向江河生氣，向海洋發烈怒嗎？你騎在馬上，坐在得勝的戰車上，你的弓全然顯露，箭是發誓的言語；（細拉）你以江河分開大地。山嶺見你，無不戰抖；大水氾濫而過，深淵發聲，洶湧翻騰。
