我所見立於海與地之使者、舉右手向天、

我即見蹈海踐地之天使、舉手向天、

後見彼足跨海陸之天神向天舉其右手、

Then the angel I had seen standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven.

I had seen an angel standing on the sea and on the land. This angel raised his right hand to heaven.

And the angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven

The angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land lifted up his right hand to the sky,

The man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by him who lives forever, saying,“ It will be for a time, times and half a time. When the power of the holy people has been finally broken, all these things will be completed.” (niv)

I lift my hand to heaven and solemnly swear: As surely as I live forever, (niv)

For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy. (niv)

For the Lord is the great God, the great King above all gods.In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him.The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land.Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker; (niv)

I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades. (niv)

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. (niv)

He said in a loud voice,“ Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water.” (niv)

The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and out of the temple came a loud voice from the throne, saying,“ It is done!” (niv)

“ Friends, why are you doing this? We too are only human, like you. We are bringing you good news, telling you to turn from these worthless things to the living God, who made the heavens and the earth and the sea and everything in them. (niv)

He was holding a little scroll, which lay open in his hand. He planted his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land, (niv)

But Abram said to the king of Sodom,“ With raised hand I have sworn an oath to the Lord, God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth, (niv)

Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever, (niv)

You alone are the Lord. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you. (niv)

When God made his promise to Abraham, since there was no one greater for him to swear by, he swore by himself, (niv)

Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord from the heavens; praise him in the heights above.Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his heavenly hosts.Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you shining stars.Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies.Let them praise the name of the Lord, for at his command they were created,and he established them for ever and ever— he issued a decree that will never pass away.Praise the Lord from the earth, you great sea creatures and all ocean depths, (niv)

and say to them:‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: On the day I chose Israel, I swore with uplifted hand to the descendants of Jacob and revealed myself to them in Egypt. With uplifted hand I said to them,“ I am the Lord your God.” (niv)

For as I walked around and looked carefully at your objects of worship, I even found an altar with this inscription: to an unknown god. So you are ignorant of the very thing you worship— and this is what I am going to proclaim to you. (niv)

The angel of the Lord called to Abraham from heaven a second timeand said,“ I swear by myself, declares the Lord, that because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son, (niv)

Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord their God. (niv)

For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities— his eternal power and divine nature— have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. (niv)

And I will bring you to the land I swore with uplifted hand to give to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob. I will give it to you as a possession. I am the Lord.’” (niv)

Also with uplifted hand I swore to them in the wilderness that I would not bring them into the land I had given them— a land flowing with milk and honey, the most beautiful of all lands— (niv)

When I brought them into the land I had sworn to give them and they saw any high hill or any leafy tree, there they offered their sacrifices, made offerings that aroused my anger, presented their fragrant incense and poured out their drink offerings. (niv)

You are to divide it equally among them. Because I swore with uplifted hand to give it to your ancestors, this land will become your inheritance. (niv)

Then you will know that I am the Lord, when I bring you into the land of Israel, the land I had sworn with uplifted hand to give to your ancestors. (niv)

Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I swear with uplifted hand that the nations around you will also suffer scorn. (niv)

But the Lord is the true God; he is the living God, the eternal King. When he is angry, the earth trembles; the nations cannot endure his wrath.“ Tell them this:‘ These gods, who did not make the heavens and the earth, will perish from the earth and from under the heavens.’”But God made the earth by his power; he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding.When he thunders, the waters in the heavens roar; he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses. (niv)

Also with uplifted hand I swore to them in the wilderness that I would disperse them among the nations and scatter them through the countries, (niv)
