當時我受一葦似杖、聞言曰：「爾且起、以此杖測量天主聖殿及祭壇、並一計殿內崇拜者之總數；

I was given a reed like a measuring rod and was told,“ Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, with its worshipers.

I was given a long stick that looked like a measuring rod. I was told,“ Go and measure the temple of God. And measure the altar where the people are worshiping.

Then I was given a measuring rod like a staff, and I was told,“ Rise and measure the temple of God and the altar and those who worship there,

Then I was given a measuring stick, and I was told,“ Go and measure the Temple of God and the altar, and count the number of worshipers.

Then I was given a measuring reed like a rod, with these words:“ Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, and count those who worship there.

語我者執金杖、欲量度邑與門與垣、

其人量內殿既竟、導我至東門、量院四周、以杖量東方、長五百丈、以杖量北方、長五百丈、以杖量南方、長五百丈、以杖量西方、長五百丈、其量四方有墻環繞、長廣各五百丈、使聖所與俗地相隔。

我復仰觀、見一人手執準繩、我曰、爾將何之、曰、欲量度耶路撒冷、知其長廣。

我儕被擄之二十五年、正月十日、耶路撒冷城已陷十四年矣、斯時耶和華之神感我、恍惚中若睹異象、導我至以色列地、立於高岡、瞻彼南方、若有城郭之狀、

亦如靈石、叠成靈室、爾為聖祭司、賴耶穌基督、獻上帝喜納之靈祀、

以使徒先知為基、以耶穌基督為屋隅要石、而建其上、四宇搆合、築為主之聖殿、在此殿、爾曹賴聖神共建、為上帝所居焉、

我秉公義、以法則為準繩、使降大雹、行潦汎濫、翦滅逋逃之藪、以去爾所恃、

曷不自知、爾乃上帝殿、上帝之神居爾中、人毀上帝殿、上帝必毀之、上帝殿聖、而殿即爾曹、

上帝之殿、木偶之像、何同之有、夫爾固永生上帝之殿也、上帝曰吾將居其內、遊其間、吾為彼上帝、彼為我民、

爾乃成聖之國、得救之民、推選之族、為王而祭司者、既蒙主召爾出幽暗、入靈光、爾當表彰其德、

我則不然、我所誇者、惟吾主耶穌基督十字架之道、吾為斯道、視己如釘十字架、視世亦然、宗基督耶穌者、新造之人也、受割不受割、皆無益、吾願遵此法者、及上帝之以色列民、得平康矜恤焉、

我又見有能之天使、自天而降、身衣雲衣、首冠虹冠、容如日、足如火柱、手執小卷展舒、右足蹈海、左足踐地、大聲呼如獅吼、呼畢、雷發聲者七、聲息我欲筆之於書、惟聞自天語我曰、雷發聲者七、宜秘之、勿載於册、我即見蹈海踐地之天使、舉手向天、
