因為龍把權柄交給了獸，大家就拜龍，也拜獸，說：“有誰可以跟這獸相比？有誰能與牠作戰呢？”

又拜那龙，因为它将自己的权柄给了兽，也拜兽，说：“谁能比这兽，谁能与它交战呢？”

又拜那龍－因為牠將自己的權柄給了獸，也拜獸，說：「誰能比這獸，誰能與牠交戰呢？」

他們膜拜龍，因為牠把權柄交給了獸。他們也膜拜獸，說：「誰能與這獸相比呢？誰能與牠交戰呢？」

又拜龍、因以其權予獸、亦拜獸、曰、孰似獸哉、孰能與之戰哉、

人見龍以權賜獸、故拜龍亦拜獸、曰、誰堪與獸頡頏、與之角戰哉、

乃拜以權予獸之龍、又拜獸曰、誰能比此獸、誰能與之交戰、

故拜龍兼拜獸曰：「猗歟盛哉、獸之為德！舉世無雙、天下無敵！」

People worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked,“ Who is like the beast? Who can wage war against it?”

They worshiped the dragon for giving the beast such power, and they also worshiped the beast.“ Who is as great as the beast?” they exclaimed.“ Who is able to fight against him?”

我所看見的獸，樣子好像豹，腳像熊的腳，口像獅子的口。龍把自己的能力、王位和大權柄，都交給了牠。

他們看見了焚燒她的煙，就喊叫說：‘有哪一座城能與這大城相比呢？’

牠在頭一隻獸面前，行使頭一隻獸的一切權柄。牠使全地和住在地上的人，都拜那受過致命傷而醫好了的頭一隻獸。牠又行大奇事，甚至在人面前叫火從天上降在地上。

又有能力賜給牠，可以把氣息給獸像，使獸像能夠說話，並且能夠殺害那些不拜獸像的人。

天上又出現了另一個景象。看哪！有一條大紅龍，有七頭十角，七頭上戴著七個皇冠。

“那王必任意而行，自高自大，超過所有的神，又說一些怪誕的話攻擊萬神之神。他必行事順利，直到神的忿怒完畢；因為所定的事必會實現。他必不尊重他列祖所拜的神，也不尊重婦女所愛慕的神，無論甚麼神他都不尊重，因為他必自大，高過一切。

其餘沒有在這些災難中被殺的人，仍然不為他們手所作的悔改，還是去拜鬼魔和那些金、銀、銅、石頭、木頭做的，不能看、不能聽、也不能走路的偶像。

耶和華啊，萬神之中有誰像你呢？有誰像你榮耀聖潔，可頌可畏，施行奇事呢？

那地的民族又高又大，就是亞衲族的人，是你知道的，你也聽過有人指著他們說：‘誰能在亞衲族人面前站立得住呢？’

所有的以色列人一看見那人，就都從他面前逃跑，非常害怕。

他們把自己的兒女祭祀鬼魔。他們流了無辜人的血，就是他們自己兒女的血，把他們祭祀迦南的偶像；那地就被血污穢了。

他們要跟羊羔作戰，羊羔必勝過他們，因為他是萬主之主，萬王之王。那些與羊羔同在、蒙召、被選、有忠心的，也必勝過他們。”

他抵擋神，抬舉自己，高過一切稱為神或受人敬拜的，甚至坐在神的殿中，自稱為神。

我是說，教外人所祭的是鬼，不是獻給神；我卻不願意你們與鬼來往。你們不能喝主的杯又喝鬼的杯，你們不能參加主的筵席又參加鬼的筵席。難道我們要激起主的忿怒嗎？我們比他更強嗎？

這些不信的人被這世代的神弄瞎了他們的心眼，使他們看不見基督榮耀的福音的光；基督就是神的形象。
