則上帝必怒之、俾飲鴆酒、盛酒於杯、厥味甚烈、亦以火與硫、困苦其人、於羔及聖天使前、

必飲天主盛怒之酒、乃無所攙雜者、斟於天主盛怒之杯、又必受苦於火與硫磺中、在諸聖天使及羔之前、

將飲天主罰杯中之真霹靂酒；且將於聖天神及羔羊之前受火與硫璜之苦刑；

they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.

耶路撒冷啊，醒来，醒来，站起来吧！你从耶和华手中的杯里喝了祂的愤怒，喝干了那杯使人东倒西歪的酒。

祂要把烈焰熊熊的火炭和硫磺降在恶人身上，用炙热的风惩罚他们。

巴比伦大城裂作三段，其他各国的城邑也都倒塌了。上帝并没有忘记巴比伦大城的罪恶，要把那杯盛满祂烈怒的酒给她喝。

那欺骗他们的魔鬼被扔进了怪兽和假先知所待的硫磺火湖中，在那里昼夜受苦，直到永永远远！

她怎样待人，你们也要怎样待她，要按她所做的加倍地报应她，用她调酒的杯加倍地调给她喝。

后来，怪兽被俘虏了，在怪兽面前行奇迹的假先知也一同被擒了。这假先知曾用奇迹欺骗那些盖了兽印、敬拜兽像的人。他和怪兽一同被活活地扔进硫磺火湖里。

耶和华手中的杯里盛满泛着泡沫、精工调制的怒酒。祂倒出怒酒，让世上的恶人喝得一滴不剩。

愿他们亲眼看见自己灭亡。愿他们喝下全能者的烈怒。

以色列的上帝耶和华对我说：“你从我手中接过这盛满我烈怒的酒杯，到我差遣你去的国家给他们喝。他们喝了这杯烈怒后必东倒西歪、行为疯狂，因为我要使战祸临到他们。”于是，我从耶和华手中接过杯，奉祂的差遣到列国去给他们喝。

“王又对左边的人说，‘你们这些被咒诅的人，走开！到专为魔鬼及其使者预备的永远不灭的火里去吧！

耶和华从天上把燃烧的硫磺降在所多玛和蛾摩拉两地，

遍地将是硫磺和盐，无法耕种，寸草不生，如同耶和华盛怒之下毁灭的所多玛、蛾摩拉、押玛和洗扁。

至于那些胆怯的、不信的、行为可憎的、杀人的、淫乱的、行邪术的、拜偶像的和所有说谎的，他们的结局是被丢进硫磺火湖里，这就是第二次的死。”

惩罚那些不认识上帝、不听从有关我们主耶稣之福音的人。那些人要受的刑罚就是离开主的面和祂荣耀的权能，永远灭亡。

焚烧之地——陀斐特早已为亚述王预备好了，那里又宽又深，堆着许多木柴，耶和华的气必如同一股硫磺火点燃那些木柴。

你这身受痛苦、并非因酒而醉的人啊，要听我的话。你的主耶和华是为祂子民申辩的上帝，祂说：“看啊，我已从你手中拿走那使人东倒西歪的杯和盛满我愤怒的碗，你必不再喝。

此外，所多玛、蛾摩拉及其附近城镇的人同样因为荒淫无度、沉溺于变态的情欲而遭到永火的刑罚。这些事都成为我们的警戒。

因为列国都被她荒淫的烈酒灌醉了。地上的君王曾经与她通奸，地上的商人也因她穷奢极侈的生活而发了财。”

人子也将派天使把一切引人犯罪和作孽的人从祂国里挑出来，丢进火里。那时，他们将在那里哀哭切齿。

以东的河流要变为沥青，土壤要变成硫磺，大地要成为燃烧的沥青，

耶和华对我说：“你要告诉他们，以色列的上帝——万军之耶和华说，‘你们要喝这杯烈怒，喝得大醉、呕吐、倒地不起，因为我要使战争临到你们。’

你们必饱受羞辱，毫无荣耀。你们喝吧，露出下体吧！耶和华右手中的杯将传给你们，你们的荣耀将变成羞辱。

世界末日的时候也是这样。天使必把恶人从义人中拣出来，丢在火炉里，让恶人在那里哀哭切齿。

我在异象中看见了马和骑士。骑士胸甲的颜色像火焰、紫玛瑙和硫磺。马的头像狮子的头，口中喷出火、烟和硫磺。马口中喷出的这三样灾害杀死了世上三分之一的人口。

这样，世人便知道这烈火是我耶和华点燃的，它绝不会熄灭。’”

你们驻足惊奇吧！你们自我蒙蔽，继续瞎眼吧！你们醉了，但不是因为酒；你们东倒西歪，但不是因为烈酒。

你叫我们——你的子民吃尽苦头，喝了令我们东倒西歪的苦酒。

乌斯地区的以东人啊，只管欢喜作乐吧！因为盛满耶和华愤怒的杯也要传到你们那里。你们必喝醉，以致赤身露体。

要等候耶和华，坚守祂的道，祂必赐你土地，使你有尊荣。你必亲眼看见恶人被铲除。

耶和华说：“看啊，那些本不该喝这杯愤怒的人尚且要喝，更何况你们呢？你们必难逃惩罚，你们一定要喝这杯愤怒。

你必亲眼目睹恶人受惩罚。

耶稣回答说：“你们不知道自己在求什么。我要喝的那一杯，你们能喝吗？”他们说：“我们能。”

祂稍往前走，俯伏在地上祷告：“我父啊！如果可以，求你撤去此杯。然而，愿你的旨意成就，而非我的意愿。”

他的帐篷燃烧着烈焰，他的居所撒满了硫磺。

我要使她的首领、谋士、省长、总督和勇士都酩酊大醉，长眠不醒。”这是君王——万军之耶和华说的。

义人看见必心生敬畏，他们必嘲笑说：

上帝的子民也跟随他们，听从他们的话。
