你们为什么屡次悖逆，还要受责打吗？你们已经满头疼痛，全心发昏。

在你污秽中有淫行，我洁净你，你却不洁净。你的污秽再不能洁净，直等我向你发的忿怒止息。

过了多日，耶和华对我说：“你起来往幼发拉底河去，将我吩咐你藏在那里的腰带取出来。”

约书亚对亚干说：“我儿，我劝你将荣耀归给耶和华以色列的神，在他面前认罪，将你所做的事告诉我，不要向我隐瞒。”

他大声说：“应当敬畏神，将荣耀归给他！因他施行审判的时候已经到了。应当敬拜那创造天地海和众水泉源的。”

“我使你们在一切城中牙齿干净，在你们各处粮食缺乏，你们仍不归向我。”这是耶和华说的。“在收割的前三月，我使雨停止，不降在你们那里；我降雨在这城，不降雨在那城；这块地有雨，那块地无雨；无雨的就枯干了。这样，两三城的人凑到一城去找水，却喝不足；你们仍不归向我。”这是耶和华说的。“我以旱风、霉烂攻击你们，你们园中许多菜蔬、葡萄树、无花果树、橄榄树都被剪虫所吃；你们仍不归向我。”这是耶和华说的。“我降瘟疫在你们中间，像在埃及一样；用刀杀戮你们的少年人，使你们的马匹被掳掠，营中尸首的臭气扑鼻；你们仍不归向我。”这是耶和华说的。“我倾覆你们中间的城邑，如同我从前倾覆所多玛、蛾摩拉一样，使你们好像从火中抽出来的一根柴；你们仍不归向我。”这是耶和华说的。“以色列啊，我必向你如此行；以色列啊，我既这样行，你当预备迎见你的神。

他们必经过这地，受艰难，受饥饿；饥饿的时候，心中焦躁，咒骂自己的君王和自己的神。

耶和华啊，你的眼目不是看顾诚实吗？你击打他们，他们却不伤恸；你毁灭他们，他们仍不受惩治。他们使脸刚硬过于磐石，不肯回头。

且怕我来的时候，我的神叫我在你们面前惭愧，又因许多人从前犯罪，行污秽、奸淫、邪荡的事不肯悔改，我就忧愁。

风箱吹火，铅被烧毁；他们炼而又炼，终是徒然；因为恶劣的还未除掉。人必称他们为被弃的银渣，因为耶和华已经弃掉他们。”

正说话的时候，使者来到，王也到了，说：“这灾祸是从耶和华那里来的，我何必再仰望耶和华呢？”

我告诉你们，不是的！你们若不悔改，都要如此灭亡！”

这亚哈斯王在急难的时候，越发得罪耶和华。

其余未曾被这些灾所杀的人仍旧不悔改自己手所做的，还是去拜鬼魔和那些不能看、不能听、不能走，金、银、铜、木、石的偶像，

我告诉你们，不是的！你们若不悔改，都要如此灭亡！

第五位天使把碗倒在兽的座位上，兽的国就黑暗了。人因疼痛就咬自己的舌头；又因所受的疼痛，和生的疮，就亵渎天上的神，并不悔改所行的。
